Do not go here for an alignment. I paid $330 for an alignment on a 96 F150, with all brand new steering components, steering wheel didn’t track strait. Brought it back the next day, dropped it off, now it’s off to the right. Went back and asked for my money back so I can take it somewhere else that knows how to do an alignment and was told they would fix it. This is my third trip there and I don’t have days to waste driving back and forth for an alignment that should have been done right the first time, especially considering what I was charged to do it in the first place. Waste of time and money. I will be taking all our company business elsewhere.
Update: I did reach out to you. I gave you an opportunity to fix it, I wasn’t upset, mistakes happen. But you didn’t. It was still wrong after the second time I dropped it off. So no, I’m not interested in reaching out, I spoke to you face to face and you refused to return my money for the alignment you were unable to do properly. You got me, mistake on my part. That won’t happen again.

These folks are honest and very helpful! I had a screw in my truck tire yesterday while in ATL. I took it to a nearby Goodyear and they told me they couldn't repair it because blah blah blah and I need a new set of tires. I said "no thank you" and asked them to put my spare on. The tire was not flat yet, but the screw was plain to see embedded in the tread. I went to Ellijay Tire Co today and they TESTED it in water. What a concept. They discovered the screw had not made it through the tread wall and the tire was FINE. They put it on my truck and returned the spare to under the bed. No charge! I have another 10k miles left on my tires and will definitely buy the new set from them.

Other places would not fix my tire that had a nail in it. They kept pushing me to buy new tires. But Ellijay tire was willing to fix my existing tires. So I will be buying tires from them when I am ready.

Hands down the best tire purchasing experience I have ever had. Great tires that were in stock and installed at a competitive price- and done quickly as I had a road trip the next day. Very happy with their service.

I’m so thankful for the amazing customer service at Ellijay Tire. They made no money off of me (because my tire wasn’t in stock) but were so incredibly helpful with an issue I had. They helped me get on the road safely and offered a ton of help and support. I hope I don’t have a tire issue in Ellijay again but if I do I know where I’m going first.

In Ellijay on vacation and hit a road hazard and flattened my tire and scuffed the rims up. They replaced the flat tire, cleaned the rims and reseated the other tire a tripled checked for leaks. The entire process was less than an hour even though they were pretty steady. Great friendly people , greeted and thanked me. Great price and service. Definitely recommended this place if you are in Ellijay and need tire service.

I was visiting in Ellijay, when suddenly my car indicated a low tire. (those dang unpaved roads). I and my lunch companions looked for the closest tire service location and pulled in 2 mins later. The guys quickly found the nail in my tire, repaired it in 20 mins and made sure to add air where needed in my other tires. We enjoyed a delicious hot cup of coffee while waiting. So thankful for such kind and super efficient service! Support your local businesses! Highly recommend them.
