This is the worst pharmacy to deal with. CVS makes it nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone other than a robot. They also never seem to know what’s going on and there’s a pattern of having something wrong with my prescription every time I go. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I visited this store in Ellijay Georgia to get a prescription filled and photo copies made. The pharmacy person was prompt friendly, and professional. I had my special order rx in 24 hours.
I n also visited the photo booth for copies. I had never used this service prior to today. It was easy, fast, and good quality for what you pay which was less than .50 cents per picture. The person helping me (Harley ?) was awesome! I give this store and the employees 5 stars!

I've used this CVS for many many years. Something has changed over the last 6 months. The customer service is the WORST. The competence level of the techs is really concerning. They are always confused and every single person gives you a different answer (none of them right). I can never get a simple refill or prescription done without some sort of hiccup or problem.

Would be 5 stars but the woman that's short with glasses and shirt curly hair and is definitely older is so rude every time I see her she ruins the 5 stars all together

Standard CVS. Has a single non gendered bathroom near the back. The store hosts a pharmacy but also sells snacks, seasonal items, and clothing.

Sometimes when I go into this store, I am sick. I am tired and I really need someone to help me.The staff knows their products and where they can be found ,no matter what they are doing they tell me or-take me to the products. They are courteous and extremely helpful when I want to use my coupons. I use them nearly every time I go ! I have never had a bad experience at this store..and in this day and age that means something. I feel valued as a customer and they are helpful in helping me deal with the medical situations I find myself in. Thank you so much for caring.

Great Customer Service! Today I had a medical emergency that Whitney and her staff were able to help with. I had forgotten my Insulin at home and needed some during my stay in Ellijay. I can’t say enough good about their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks for your kindness!
