Went to this macys backstage twice in two days. The selection was good, but the people that work here are rude and judge anyone who walks in. The first day, I spent over 100$, mostly on body sprays, when the manager lady comes up and tells me my girlfriend is not allowed to spray the sprays because they are not samples. So I told her that we were getting almost everything we sprayed. Proceeded to buy 5 different sprays. Then, the next day, I had forgot half my order so I went back to get it. My girlfriend took some clothes into the changing room and was followed in there. At 6:45, I was checking out with a man, and the same lady from the day before comes up to him and says"I don't know what her friend is doing back there but she's supposed to be done" and I told her that my "friend" was putting the clothes she didn't want back onto hangers to clean up after herself being as were servers and know what it's like to have to clean up after someone right before you close. We would never be disrespectful like that. But because we're "young" and don't look like your typical "macys shopper", every word that came out of her mouth for both days was something we were doing wrong or she didn't know what we we're doing. The second day, I spent over 250$ and left hoping I never had to come back to the one at perimeter mall. GREAT selection here though!

My hunt for a particular fragrence continued here, which did not prove fruitful. Their fragrence sales agents don't really care about helping you as much as they just want to sell you something. They're too busy spraying so many samples, they don't let you get a feel for the fragrance. Then they just tell me to try google. Overall, they could improve their sales by improving their strategy
