Jane's knowledge of the metro Atlanta market is tremendous. The balance among getting the house ready for sale, Pricing and then staging the house are all extremely critical elements in the sale in order to receive the highest price possible - Jane really understands that equation. The sweet spot in pricing a house high enough for the seller yet low enough to create a tremendous interest in buyers is how Jane excels. The result was double digit showings and several above listing offers within a week. Great job Jane.

Jane did a great job with selling my condo. She was very conscientious in ensuring all the t’s were crossed so when the condo finally went on the market, we had a full offer within two days. Additionally, we closed within about three weeks and the closing was very smooth because again, Jane was on top of the whole process. She made what could have been, and often is, an anxiety-inducing experience into a smooth and easy process.

Jane was the absolute perfect choice for us. As first time buyers we had lots of questions, and Jane was consistently patient, quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and so kind. I genuinely cannot praise Jane as highly as she deserves. She is the most professional, knowledgeable, engaged, and supportive real estate agent you could ask, while also having the poise and confidence you dream of on your side of a negotiation. My wife and I originally met Jane on the opposite side of a transaction, buying our first house from seller’s she represented. After the sale completed we agreed that if we ever had to sell the house we would go directly to Jane.We found out earlier this year we would have to move due to work and instantly reached out to Jane. She came over and went to work instantly transforming our home into a market ready listing virtually overnight. She got the word out prior to our listing with potential buyers beating down the door to view the house before the first day on the market. Then once or house officially went on the market we had multiple offers well over asking price. Then after we had moved she went above and beyond to finish a few cleaning tasks we had forgotten before closing date, which would’ve been impossible for us to complete ourselves since we had already moved out of state.All of this only begins to express how great of an experience we had working with Jane. Trust me when I say you couldn’t have a better person on your team when entering the real estate market.

I’m not sure there are enough words to express just how amazing Jane is as a realtor. We were first-time home buyers and nervous about the market and home options. Jane was patient, truly listened to what we wanted, responsive, and flexible. She was very quickly someone we trusted and she made sure that we understood every step in the process. She was always available to answer the myriad of questions we had, even when they had nothing to do with her part in the process. Jane even helped us get connected with contractors and attended the meetings with us to help navigate the next steps with our home. If you’re looking for someone to guide you through the entire process of purchasing a home, before and after, look to Jane. She sets the bar high and you’ll never look for another realtor after that!
