The ATM AT THIS BRANCH NEVER WORKS. Other either but this one is the worst. Is supposed to be a big branch and its just getting worst.

More of 7 days for release the money of the savings account and call and this bank put me in hold and never answered. 0 stars can't wait to close the accounts. ?

I was highly disappointed in the service. I don’t bank with Wells Fargo. I had got a check from the IRS which had my maiden name for $200. I provided the teller with my birth certificate, marriage license, drivers license, and my card. The bank manager told me that she was not going to be able to cash my check from the IRS, because my marriage license is old. She doesn’t make sense. I used to work for the bank and we always told people who have their name change to provide the documents with their old name and new name. my birth certificate and marriage license has my maiden name. I felt like I was discriminated against because the color of my skin. I went to a different Wells Fargo location & the bank manager approved for the teller to cash my refund check. I was so satisfied with the other location. That I open me up a bank account. I will never come to this location.

Horrible Customer Service! The teller was not responsive, she barely said one word! Lack of attention to detail! I’m calling corporate! I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years! I’m switching banks!
