I called this branch for two hours and no one would answer. I simply needed to know if they provided notary services. I finally had to drive there. Upon entering the bank, i waited in line for 10 minutes while the three tellers handled a single customer. Eventually, I asked if they had a notary. The woman said she was a notary, but she didn't have a stamp. I asked why they don't answer their phone for customers, and they said they were busy, and employees needed to take their lunch breaks. I pulled my mortgage from WF a year ago, and I'm close to pulling all the rest of my business too. If you cant answer your phone and provide basic services to your customers, you don't deserve customers.

The staff sits around not doing their job efficiently. They are huddled up in the side rooms chit chatting loudly while customers are made to wait. I went in to get an account opened for myself at 2 pm. No one greeted us while we sat there for 15 mins.Later was addressed by the teller in the branch, asking why are we there. Told her that we wanted to to open an account and were flatly refused based on the color of our skin.One of the worst banks in Johns creek. Saying we are very busy while there was NO ONE in the branch but us i repeat, NO ONE. I said we can wait but the Branch Manager who does not know anything about how to treat a customer and treat the customer with respect tells me to go online and book an appointment, we cannot help you. The staff was just chatting and on their phones the entire time.However, went to Chase bank after this horrible experience and they sat us down and got the account opened WITHOUT APPOINTMENT

This review is for Wells Fargo in general. They are the worst. Their customer service is terrible no have had 2 business accounts for 23 years. Today for the first time, when I logged onto my accounts online it asked to verify my identity. It tried to send me an access code through an old email address even though my new email address is in their system. I had to call the customer no service number. After talking to three different people and spending about thirty minutes on the phone they said I had to go into a branch. Went immediately to the closest branch. They had no bankers available to talked to me and said I would have to set up an appointment for later in the week. Or go to another branch. Got back in the car and went to another branch. Again nobody could see me. Said they had appointments but they might be able to get me in if I wait. I'm sitting I. The lobby now waiting but have to leave in 7 min for another apptmt. No wonder the face to face banking business is failing. Don't do business with Wells Fargo.

One of the most dysfunctional group of individuals in WellsFargo banking. I have muiltple accounts personal and business with Wells Fargo for many years. The shear ignorance and Lack of know how is displayed in this branch. They have a fiduciary responsibility to guide their clients. But instead they try to sell items to their customers and more concerned with trying to make banking difficult. It’s clear corporate needs to visit this branch as some locations prove to be very efficient just not this one!

I wish I could give a zero star review. This location confirmed why i recommend my clients not due business with them . Now aside from this banks inability to close loans on time on a national level locally their customer service stinks. I wen in to make a cash deposit in a family members account, obviously they never asked my opinion of this lack luster bank. I went to my bank and made the cash withdrawal. Then cameInside this bank and I filled out the deposit slip and was refused to make the deposit.??????Mind you i had not even taken the cash out of my banks envelope yet. I was refused on sight alone. On what planet can you not make a cash deposit in someones account? People do this all the time ... for example some of my older investor clents have their renters do this each month. Their refusal of the deposit was disgusting and the refusal was based obviously due my ethinic background . Because when I returned to my bank across the street moments later after making the cash withdrawal they were surprised and stunned. They stated that the Wells Fargos refusal of my making a deposit was baseless. and they have people do this all the time.

I went in to get an account opened for my minor child at 3:45 and was told that there wasn’t sufficient time to open an account since the bank closes at 5 pm and they had one more customer to take care of.

This Wells Fargo has got to be the most incompetent people handling my money I’ve ever met in my entire life there is a lobby of five people working not one person inside the lobby at 11:20 AM and they have the nerve to tell me I can come back at 2 o’clock to discuss why I cannot pull money out of my account when nobody’s doing anything the service manager or whoever she is Suzanne gets up closes her door conveniently and the teller Christina tells me she can’t give me any information because they’re busy mind you there’s not one person in this lobby I am now sitting out in front of this Wells Fargo still not one person we’ve been almost 20 minutes and they told me that I could come back at 2 o’clock to discuss my account. I will be pulling all of my funds from Wells Fargo this is pure laziness

I went to this branch on a Friday while traveling to request a wire transfer. Was met at the blocked door and told they couldn't help me until Monday as their "banker" had full appointments. Plenty of employees inside not working with customers but they only have one "banker" who knows how to do wire transfers? I learned from this experience keep my money in Chase where electronic wire transfers are not subject to small limits and where customers can be helped when needed.

I was on my way to meet my teen son to open a checking account for him at 4:30. I was literally 2 minutes away when he called me and said they wouldn’t do it until tomorrow because it takes 45 minutes to do it(closing time 5 pm). We have several accounts with Wells Fargo and I was very disappointed with this treatment. We went to another location and it took 20 minutes to do it.

Location is very convenience
