The warm smile and great welcome I always receive every time I walk into store 6359 makes it my number one go to ups store. And I also appreciate how efficient and fast the agents are, there is barely little to zero wait time always. They are very patient and thorough with explaining details needed.

The woman working now at 6600 sugarloaf pkwy right is not very nice, callous. Every time I go there, she tries to upcharge. So beware!!!! I bring my own tape, and the barcode is on the package. I do not know what the issue is. Is it deception to charge people for what they already have? Are they preying on the customer?3535 peachtree rd never has issues, 5 stars

Friendly staffs however I got charged for $28 just for returning. That’s just way to expensive… this is first time coming to this location and I just got extremely upset how I got charged a lot . I understand I need to pay for the box but it’s $7.46 isn’t it too much ? Then I got charged $5.58 for a bag , $4.82 for service and another $3 fees for pulling the return label in email. They should of told me that I can pull up the scanning QR code for free at the beginning. The total i paid for $28.17 just for returning was so ridiculous ….:(((

About notary , Female employee doesn't accept government-approved paper from online.I explained several time. But she just didn’t trust the paper from online. She didn’t even checked the certification mark from the government.Today is 2023, not 1923. People can pay and get their records through the government website. Driver records, Criminal records, military records, family relationship certificates, etcIf someone try to get a notary , I’d like to recommend other store.I went other UPS, I got the notary in 5min.They checked certification mark from government, and gave me the notary.

DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE. Incomparable unprofessionalism.The day before visiting this location, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Kevin, about the shipping process for returns with a specific merchant, as I have never returned anything through UPS before. I was advised that as long as I had a box to return the item in and had access to the label, there would be no need for any purchase. I asked Kevin did I need to print and bring the label as well, and he said no, they would take care of all of that as long as I did not need a box. Upon arriving to the location and beginning the process, I am told that I will need to pay $3.45 for them to print out the label.. That was irritating, as I could've brought the label myself.What was most disgusting about this experience is I emailed the shipping label to the store email address provided by the employee, Anillia (I'm not sure if that is the correct spelling). They printed it, attached it to my package, and let me take a picture of the tracking number so that I was able to track the shipment afterwards. As it turns out, Anillia placed the WRONG shipping label on my package, so it has been delivered to an unknown address. The carelessness of the employees in this facility is unspeakable, and it starts from the top. My package, that I was expecting a refund for, has been shipped to an incorrect address, has someone else's name on it and is likely unable to be returned to me so that I may continue this process. There was no explanation or confirmation of any of the information on the shipping label that I emailed to them, they just put it on the box and gave me the tracking number.I hope no one that ships through this location is expectant of anything other than a mess. If I could rate with negative stars I would!!!

Let's start by pointing out that to print a return label the minimum is $3.45. "for one lousy page. The associate inside her customer service skills is lacking in addressing my concern and she is far from customer service friendly. She kept cutting me short. This is not the type of person you want to have in a storefront.

I stop by this UPS pretty often, and my interaction with Kevin is always very pleasant. He is always smiling, willing to help, and doing the best he could at his job. It’s the small things that matter and a small effort like that help/impress customers. It’s rare nowadays to find someone that take their job sincerely like him. Thank you always for the best service.

I love the location and it's conveniently located near eateries, banks, and supermarket. I had stopped by this UPS Store to retrieve my mail and to handle some other transactions and noticed the amazing redesign including upgraded mailboxes which gives it a whole new look. I'm impressed and will continue to do business here.
