I'm always being racist by a female employee here. The employee has a very different attitude toward the customers who stood in front of me and toward Asians. Sadly, Even in the meantime I didn’t know that the displeasure I felt was racist.I live near here, so I visit often, but the employee is always the same. I always felt bad about her when I visited there. Why is that woman being rude to me?But today I realized that I was being racist by their employee.I just finished return my items and came out. But there was a return that I forgot so i returned to store within 1minute. when I visited again, her attitude toward other customers was very different.She was being kind to other customers as I saw her. My greetings “Good morning” to her were ignored and even my “Thank you” were ignored.I really didn't want to be awkward as a neighbor here.i don’t understand why she always acting like a woman who was full of discontent when she treated Asian customers? Hate Asians is her choice, but she should not express it at work.

I made my first Amazon return of basically 10 dresses and Giovanni was wonderful and so patient with me. I had to download the app and he helped with the entire process. Thank you to the entire store bc the manager, Larry and other teammates were so kind! I will be making all of my Amazon returns at this location.

In June 2022, I returned the oven to Amazon and the product never arrived at the destination, saying that it had been damaged along the way and had simply been thrown away, of which there was never any evidence, that is, it was lost and no one gave us an answer, that is, it was just He lost and we lost the shipping money and a product worth more than 1000 dollars, this place is not recommended.

Explain your rude staff which worked on September 15th that they can’t demand a box for my Amazon “no box no label “ return and laugh out loud at me when I politely disagreed. I would never visit this store again, this is the rudest service I’ve received in years.

I've been visiting a lot of UPS stores lately for returns and such, and I happened to visit the UPS store here in Duluth. I came on Saturday closing to close time and it was pretty busy. I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there.They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

Dear manager/ownerIf it’s going to cost me to print a label, please let me know before you print it. This is what I told your gentleman working at the store today. Instead, he argued with me, rolled his eyes and gave me aggression and attitude. This is not appreciated, it’s it’s only a dollar but it’s a matter of customer service and understanding the transaction i am doing. If this is too much to ask, than I am sorry. I will take my business elsewhere anyway.I went to Peachtree corners instead, and as always was treated much better.

I came here to make a quick return and had to make a shipment using a shipping label that I had already paid for online. I provided all of the information online regarding the contents of the package and I thought I was good to go (no prompts stating the package can't be handled at certain stores). I get to the store and when asked what's in the package, I answered honestly and was turned away. I was told to drive two towns over to a customer hub who can then handle the package there. It really irritated me that they wouldn't just take the package at the store. Policy or not, the contents of the package weren't fragile nor hazardous, and I took extra care to wrap it as securely as possible as to not risk mishandling. I'm very disappointed - UPS has been my go-to for all things shipping and handling but they really let me down this time.

I have been a UPS mailbox customer for almost 3 years and I must say their customer service is pristine! I have tons of packages delivered to this store 1564 Duluth with no issues. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. A major asset to the company and a great employee Melissa is always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this branch to anyone in the Duluth, Ga area! ?
