Very friendly and extremely thorough. My 2019 Ranger had damage to the rear hitch and tow bar. Classic Collision had repairs completed in about a week. Great service! Will be going back to them for rear 1/4 panel and bumper damage on my wife's minivan next month.

This shop fails at customer communication and attention to detail for car repairs. My car was at their shop for almost a month. I told them about a concerning sound my car was making. A worker there assured me 4 times that my car was fully repaired. When I arrived to pick up my car, He explained all the work the shop performed. When I left the shop, I heard the same sound from almost one month prior and immediately returned. They examined my car again and found break issues. They do not pay attention to customer concern or car repair details at this shop. They also give false assurance while taking money for inadequate repairs. If you need quality repairs and sufficient updates about your car, you should save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!!!!!Especially if your car needs to be lifted. They only have 1 lift and can only work on one car at a time. They never give you timeline.I understand it can take time to order parts and have them approved by insurance, but even after insurance approved and parts were delivered, still there was no timeline given and you have to wait extended amount of time. They kept saying they are working on the other car that’s on the lift so I had to wait for it to be done to even get me estimate, no timeline. They had to work on suspension, no timeline. Finally was told it’s at last stage, working on alignment, still I was not given any timeline and it took a week. I had to keep calling them to check status.IT TOOK TOTAL OF 3 MONTHS TO GET MY CAR BACK.And 2 days after, it started making noises. I didn't want to wait another 3 months so did not go back to fix it.They lack of professionalism. They don’t care about their customers. If you want to wait without knowing when your car will be fixed, take your car to this shop

Over the years I have taken about six vehicles for repair when this location was Premier Collision. They always had excellent customer service as well as great bodywork for repairs. Classic Collision has recently acquired this business.Perhaps six weeks ago, I brought in my nieces vehicle, a ***** CRV, for an estimate. ****, the adjuster, looked over the car, and said hes email estimate within ***** hrs. Three days later I called him, verified he had my correct email address, and he said hes been too busy to send estimate. He promised it would be done shortly. Another week went by, I called again, and was assured the email would be sent right away. At the three week ***** I drove over to the shop, talked to ****, who finally did print and hand me the estimate. There were no apologies for his lack of following through, and it seemed he could care less about his delays. When that was situation was taken care of, I brought in my wifes 2018 Prius. It had a lot of damage to the front end. Again **** looked it over, took pictures, and promised estimate in ***** hours. The same scenario occurred with multiple calls to ****, leaving messages with front desk, etc. I stopped in the shop again after three weeks to get the estimate. The receptionist said it was in the computer, couldnt explain why the email was never sent, and said since **** was not in that day, she was not allowed to give me the estimate if **** was not in that day!I expressed my dissatisfaction, and asked for a return call from the manager (who was in at the time of my visit but would come out to talk to me.)It has now been nearly a month. Still no emailed estimate from ****, and still no return call from the manager.I think this is no way to run a business. Needless to say, they will NOT be getting the work for these two vehicles, nor anything in the future.

Do not take your vehicle here. Unless you want the inside of your vehicle to be damaged by water due to the vehicle sitting outside while being repaired, this is not the shop to go to.After waiting nearly a month and a half for my vehicle to be repaired (some minor scrapping on the drivers side of my car), I noticed my car no longer played any sound. Prior to dropping the vehicle off, all sound worked just fine. I returned the vehicle stating the sound no longer worked and was told they could try to work things out with my insurance. After a few weeks, no action was taken on the vehicle because “the damage was not related to the initial accident”?? Yes, I know that because the shop broke my stereo. After a couple more weeks, I finally picked up my vehicle and was left to diagnose the issue myself.I have since come to find out my amplifier was fried due to water damage in the rear left trunk (the exact area the shop was working on). My guess is the shop took the vehicle apart, left it outside in the rain, and then proceeded to work on it at a later date. I even have photo evidence of the vehicle sitting outside on their lot partially apart and in the elements.Sadly I am now left paying for a new amplifier due to the actions of the shop. So, if you would like to pay for repairs that are unrelated to why you’re taking your car here in the first place, this is a great shop for you!Services: Painting

The high rating this business has is due to using the Premier Automotive ratings. At some point, Classic Collision purchased the excellent Premier Auto. If you look around at the other Classic Collisions in the area, you’ll see a pattern of middling-to-poor reviews.I recently took my car for the bumper to be repainted and the work left a lot to be desired. We had to go over and buff several imperfections out—imperfections that should have been noticed before trying to hand the car off to me; not to mention body clips that weren’t properly clipped in—absolutely shoddy work for the price. There was a scratch on the newly painted piece that wasn’t noticed before I drove away. I came back next business day and ended up needing to speak with the manager. He told me on no uncertain terms, if they couldn't buff it out then I was outta luck. When pressed he said "this is a for profit business" as to why they wouldn't consider repainting it if necessary. Fortunately, it ended up being an easier fix than repainting so they did take care of it.Bottom line: If you don't care about your car's appearance, this place is for you; if you value your car and want a job well done, don't waste your time here--I deeply regret giving this business my money. They will try to blame their poor work on you if it's difficult to fix, and working with them is not worth the hassle.Services: Painting

I chose Classic Collision based on their excellent reviews, and I am so glad that I did. I had the tow cover on my car’s bumper replaced after the original one went missing. Deanna was great and kept me updated. The work was done quickly and the new tow cover matches perfectly. I hope that I don’t have to have any body work done in the future, but should I need it I will definitely go here.Service: Painting

Worst customer service around! So my car had caught Fire Last Monday in 97 degree weather. I was scared and luckily I am ok. My Insurance company has Classic Collisions as approved place to go, well I was told they will give me a call to schedule an appointment. They did not so around 2pm maybe 3pm I called to see if they could schedule. I got a woman by the name of Deanna and at first seemed nice but quickly was rude as hell telling me they couldn't get me in until August 9th which is today. I called back today once again getting this awful woman and she gave me short answers such as we can not take your car. When I asked why she said manager said since it caught fire we can not. Well then I asked well you guys could have given me a call letting me know and she made a excuse me type noise and said ugh no your insurance should have called you. I highly do not recommend anyone using this place if they are going to have such a rude employee answering the phones. I had to put 1 star just so I post this review but I would have not posted the star at all!

Jordan and his team does a fantastic job here. Very high quality work and great communication.Honestly, I had a terrible experience with the former manager, but after Jordan came everything became much better. He took his time to fix all the mistakes the previous manager made and was very thorough throughout the process.Highly recommend Jordan and his team.

They were really nice and helpful. Deanna was great on keeping me updated on my car status and going over info. The turn around time was a bit slow due to being short handed like a lot of places but aside from that they are good.

I selected this shop solely based on high Google review rating. The repair was the tail lift gate of a Murano and the rear bumper and trims due to an accident. When I went in for estimates, they explained how the entire process would work and set the expectations up front. They have a close relationship with a car rental company and also explained the rental process. As the car went in for repairs, the rental car was right there ready for me, I did not need to have someone dropping me off. Deanna kept me updated regularly regarding parts shipment, paint shop schedule, etc. When the car was ready, it was washed and the repair was done perfectly that I could not even tell it was repaired. Paint matches the original body color and no difference in shades or color. Dropped off the rental with Deanna and on my way. Everyone I encountered at the shop was so helpful and courtesy. Workmanship was top notch. We seldom see good businesses like this one nowadays and they deserve every bit of the 5-star rating from me.Services: Painting
