It’s 12:50 pm on March 9 , I have called multiple times and went to straight to voicemail. At one time the phone got picked up and hang up. I know for fact there are always 2-3 people by the desk. It’s totally unacceptable and unethical.

Attendants are always wandering around instead of assisting at the front desk. The shower stalls are large but the locker room is so disgusting I didn’t want to use it.The lockers are mini and there aren’t any that are full sized. The whole facility stinks.There are few cleaning stations and the facility doesn’t have the exercise interval section with the equipment and timer.Time for this location to level up.And please put sanitizer in the touch-less dispenser.

Literally was very disgusted the restroom for the man was very dirty. Didn’t seem very pleasant at all . I didn’t felt comfortable using the restroom and even changing because how dirty it look and told myself I can’t even shower here. So, from being in the bathroom I had to leave because that made me think of the whole place being dirty too. Just wasn’t very pleasant

One of my favorite Planet Fitness locations. Clean and spacious. Doesn't feel cramped like some of the locations. Many machines to work out whichever muscle group you desire.

Great location. Never feel overwhelmed by crowds even though it’s well attended. Staff is always amicable and welcoming. Extremely clean! Equipment is always well maintained.I’ve been going to this location for ten years and love it!

New black card member, couldn't find any staff and when I finally got finished with my work out and got in the shower they yelled in and told me to get out they needed to clean. So unprofessional!

The facility is clean, and there is always ample equipment to use, even during peak hours. The manager, Cyrus, is friendly and available to answer any questions. He works extremely hard to keep the gym looking great.

The staff are amazing starting with the manager Cylus. The front desk and customer service always have great attitude and willing to help at your convenience. They keep this location clean and up to par. Highly recommend to anyone trying to reach their fitness goals.

We are there 7 mornings a week It is a great gym with a terrific manager and employees. We have met the greatest people at this gym. It’s clean machines work and we feel very comfortable there

AWFUL. I’ve been a member for 4 years and never experienced such a bad customer service from the employees at this specific location. Fake blond female employee treated us horrible and did not let my guest work out. She wanted to test the gym and now we both prefer to test other gyms. Teach your workers some manners.

It's embarrassing that whoever runs this account will respond to hippy-dippy marketing 5-star reviews, but won't dare address the reviews pointing out ZERO CLEANING IS DONE BY THE EMPLOYEES.Half the paper towel dispinsers are empty. The men's bathroom has not been cleaned in months. Whoever is running this gym: I am coming for your job.
