“This place is great. Amazing selection and great prices. We loved the little bakery at the front. So many great things all the way through. BUT the best part about this location is the staff. All that we came in contact with were amazing but specifically Curtis. Curtis was our cashier and after we had shopped for $272 worth of groceries, sent $272 worth of groceries down the line to be rang up there was a problem with Apple Pay. Not sure if it was my phone or their reader but we had a problem. An embarrassing demoralizing problem because I didn’t have my wallet with me. Curtis the best cashier ever offered to let me send him a Zelle for the money we owed and then paid for our groceries with his card. I don’t know what we would have done if not for him. Also was a valuable lesson in that I need my cards all the time. Apple Pay has never let me down before, but today it did. Fortunately we were at Lidl where Curtis was our cashier.”

“Polite and timely. The scale wasn't accurate at first. Registered my dog as 75 pounds which I knew to be incorrect. It was starting from 25 pounds instead of 0. Probably bc I stood on it to get me doggie too..but, I did step off and it did not go to 0...had to be reset. Recommend techs always check to ensure starts at 0.”

“PetSmart Store #284 Lilburn Not even a hour ago I was kinda in distress. I have 2 Dogs, boy Hurricane Hurry Brock ( Pitbull 4) and boy Oynx Black Brock (Mal-Shi 4). I love them very very much, they are my whole world. For the last 4 day I was out of Dog Food for them and I had no way of buying any. God told me to go into PetSmart and ask if maybe they had any that could help me out with. Mind you I have NEVER been thru this STRUGGLE and not be able to feed myself or my pets. I've been a member/shopper of PetSmart since they opened in 1996. Once in side, I asked 2 works if there was any dog food they could help me with. With compassion they stated no and they were sorry. As I was walking towards the door I was jokingly asked by another PetSmart employees, if I wanted to buy 100 cans of fish food. My nerves and pride spilled all out, about my worries and concerns, I just came out said, if I could afford it I surly would but @ this moment my dogs hadn't eaten in 4 days and I can't afford to buy them any food. CHERYL then said, come on I'll buy you some dog food for your babies. I was like NO you really don't have to do that. She said. come on lets go get some dog food. She then started to example to me the different dogs foods and what she use for her dogs and cats, She choose the best recommend, that she know was a GREAT DOG FOOD. Trust me She know her stuff. I walked out with two 34 pounds of Authority Chicken & Rice Dog food purchased by a angel, Cheryl. Tears started to come out. I'm always feeding veteran, seniors, and many people just from the heart. Giving whatever I can to help someone. When I saw that I was receiving what I always give was phenomenal. I want to truly send a very special warm humble THANKS SOOOOOO MUCH CHERYL @ STORE 284 (Lilburn)! She is a very nice down to earth person with a HUGE heart. CHERYL, I really appreciate you and so does Hurricane & Onyx (they ate 2 big bowls a piece Loving every bit of it). I will never forget you or what you did for us. I am very grateful.
