Top service from all members of the staff at Midas! I have been here once before and will continue to be a client. They gave me a great deal and offered financing! The gentleman working on my car showed me the issue before repair and was professional. They have a sense of humor and make your time waiting easier. Thanks again guys!

Went to the location. My concerns I had on my truck was vibrations when I brake, Israel looked at and said I needed a new brake pads which was kind of odd truck had only 30,000 miles on it then he came back and said I needed new rotors, picked up the truck. The next day rear wheels weren’t lug. Nuts were tight I drove the vehicle felt vibrations pulled over, tighten my lug as I could drove it home call back to the MIDAS dealership Israel sent someone out to my house to tighten the tires which I felt should’ve been taken care of before the vehicle left out since I was charged so much money for brakes and pads and I’m realizing I still had the same vibrations , with additional scratches on my truck lug nut lock was not put back in the glove compartment. Had to request them to bring it back. Totally not satisfied will never ever go to that location still dealing with the same vibrations on the front of my truck as far as brakes brakes which cost me almost $900 worth even needed. Poor service poor advice. I used to depend on MIDAS for all my brakes and I will never go back to that location with my five vehicles .

There are moments you immediately dread when it happens. Mine was when I was on the highway and my low tire pressure light came on. I am not an auto savvy person. I pulled off the highway and noticed two auto repair places. Providence made me select Midas. Anchal took my keys and checked my vehicle, added air, test drove and provided sound advice. While I waited, I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with the GM Toufic, who assured me I was in great hands. They sent me on my way without attempting to upsell me. I think I may have found my new mechanic. Thank you!

I was traveling from Texas and had an issue with my car. Bishop and his team were able to squeeze me in as I expressed to them that I needed to be on the road again that afternoon. They listened to everything, made me laugh despite the stressful day and just made the situation way less stressful. Customer service was great!

I dropped my vehicle off really early and throughout the day they were super communicative and helped me find the issue with my vehicle. Customer service was professional and very informative.The engineer who worked on my vehicle, Bishop, was very good and took care of my vehicle, bringing it back even better than before.I have been told for years to go to Midas and after my first visit with them today, I am sorry to have not been with them sooner! I look forward to my next visit!

Best service and experience i have ever had since i started driving. This place is great. Anchel, at the front, was great and Toufic was just the best person you can ever talk to. They gave me a wonderful service and i highly recommend this place.Word of advice, if you have any issues, talk to them first before going on to leave negative reviews, they’re amazing and great to talk to i promise.

Toufic and Anchell were great! Very understanding and thorough. Toufic took the time to explain how everything was going to work and even went out of his way to find out if I had the lifetime warranty in my break pads. I did and he was happy to let me know the cost of the pads would be covered. You can definitely trust these guys!

I went in 3 months ago to have my catalytic converter replaced. Paid 2k upfront for the service. Ended up not having the service done bc the store could not get the correct part. It was horrible from the start but I tried to be patient and work with them but after weeks of not getting the part, I canceled the service and requested a refund at the end of August. I was told by both store manager Israel and owner Touffic I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days. It's now 3 months later and I still don't have my 2k back. I have made numerous attempts to call the store and email only to get the run around. No one never calls me back or anything. BEWARE, it seems they are crooks, as I'm not sure how they think they can just keep money and not return it when no service was ever provided. I'm extremely frustrated about this situation. the store has no integrity and no follow through on there word. They were all nice in the beginning and it was no problem for them to take my money for the service, but months later it's still crickets. No refund returned and no service at all. I wish I never ever trusted going to them. I still need my money back.
