Went here to change my plan to separate lines with my mom and the young lady said I had to call 611. I called 611 and asked them if the store can help me with this situation and they said yes. And he said they probably said I had to call 611 because they don’t know how to do it. There’s an older lady in here and she looks like she knows what she’s doing but unfortunately she wasn’t there today. Was not happy with today’s service.

Horrible service. It's a difference between people who can't help you but want to help vs. people who don't want to help you at all.The guy here acts like a female and the females are aggressive like a guy would be. Couldn't tell who was who.

When to get a "free phone" with new line, the CSR could not provide knowledgeable details about the phones. I ended up getting a phone that seem to be used and was not working properly. The manager cannot solve anything. This place is not worth putting your money into.they laugh about their customers as if they were doing you a favor.

This office is awesome. Alice and Benjamin helped us with a iPhone 4 ESIM reset they have wonderful customer service skills, and very quick with resolution and they deserve a raise.great job!

My daughter lost her phone so, we went in to get her a new one. It was such a quick and pleasant experience. Shawn was most helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and has such a wonderful personality. This is now the only Metro by T-Mobile that I will ever shop at.
