Store will not take returns back without a receipt. Item was a Christmas gift and was unopened. Tried to return in the same store but they will not take back even for a store credit. They apparently don’t keep any records. Unheard of in the digital age. Will never shop here again. Plenty of other places with customer friendly business practices.

Shame on you the first time, shame on me the second. I won't be coming back. Went in the first time, no greeting, poor customer service. Worker was on his phone taking a non emergency phone call, no offer of assistance. Went back the second time in a week, store closed. Online says opens at 11am, store sign says 12pm for Saturday. Left at 1215pm , gate still down. Done with this location.

"I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at GameStop that I feel compelled to share. My family and I are loyal customers, and we've always appreciated the convenience of this store. However, during my recent visit, I encountered issues that left me feeling disheartened.I purchased a game with a warranty, believing it would be a reliable purchase. Unfortunately, the game didn't work as expected, which was a letdown. I reached out to GameStop, and initially, they offered assistance over the phone. I appreciated this gesture, as it seemed they were willing to help resolve the issue.However, when I visited the store in person, the atmosphere seemed to change. I sensed a lack of willingness to address the problem. This inconsistency left me puzzled and frustrated.What makes this experience even more disheartening is that it left me questioning whether my race played a role in the way I was treated. It's essential to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all customers, regardless of their backgrounds.I sincerely hope that GameStop takes customer concerns seriously and works to improve their service. As a long-time customer, my family and I want to continue supporting the store, but we also expect fairness and equal treatment.Let this review serve as a call for reflection and improvement in the hope that no one else encounters such a disappointing experience especially spending almost a thousand dollars. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future."

Showed up at 12PM and the doors were still locked. Saw people go inside however when we went to go in the doors were locked. Looked in the window and the lights were on and one person was walking around.If they want good business maybe they should actually open at 12 instead of waiting for whatever reason and make people leave.

The staff is always nice and eager to help out any way they can. The assistant manager and manager are amazing.

Website and sign on window state 12pm open, store still closed 12:25pm. If you can't manage to be staffed and open on time revise the posted hours.

GameStop posted a flash sale on App. It did not specify online only anywhere. So, I drive out to this store, because one at Forum closes by the time I am off work, and then I get turned away when trying to buy some games and cards because they will not match flash sale company advertises. Instead of matching sales posted on app, this cashier wants the company to spend money on shipping that I will get for free, lol, not much logic. I Won’t waste my time coming back to this store. Other locations are accepting flash sale discount so not sure why this store is not on the same page as other stores and sales online.

Employee was courteous and game and product is good, but as I was buying a new game today the employee put the warranty fee and insurance on my total before even asking me. I had to ask them to remove it. This is not a good way to do business and customers do not care GameStop has some quota to fill! They clearly think people or customers do not notice or care because this is a rich area, but I find this extremely unethical. The person in front of me as well was sold essentially something useless (this is for a game disc!) because they didn’t know better.
