I wish I could give more stars only for Alice the receptionist. She greeted me while the other technicians were all busy with customers she took it upon herself to do my manicure and she did a good job. Once she was done with that there was only one other customer so all the other lady's were available. A young Hispanic lady did my pedicure. Now I know I wait entirely too long to get my feet done but that's why I tip well. She let my feet soak a min then added something to help break down the skin she talked while I simmered lol. She ssmtartsbto work on me after about 12 min. Soon as she sat down she began to chime in on someone's conversation and inserted herself a few times and everytime she did she stopped working. By this time I have been here 45 min and I had a lot of errands to run but I remained patient. She finally started working on my feet and they were in bad shape. But when she got to the cheese grader she didn't do it for very long on my right and I don't think she did the left at all. I was thinking I must have missed her on my left foot ?. She put on lotion got the hot towel and left to talk to her coworkers. The towel became freezing so I took it off and rubbed the bottom of my feet, Alice asked was I ok I said no there is still a lot of dead skin here. She tells the lady she says I need to come every month ?. Excuse me, I'm here now, she needs to take of this $35 pedicure NOW. She tells her and she remains talking to her coworkers but said she was coming. I left. Won't be back. Totally unsatisfied. I was given a $5 discount but NO. Owner needs to make some changes. This was 7/20 at 130-2 pm if you wanna check your cameras. I was the only person getting a pedicure.

All I can say is that I miss the previous girls that worked here. Unprofessional techs that talk nasty about their customers in front of other customers is simply uncomfortable and unacceptable. Plus, you will get a half done pedicure here at this point. The person that did my pedi cut me in both big toes and I noticed until I showered thwt same night.. Avoid it like the plague or get service from the asian girls!!!Service: Pedicure

Went in at the last minute before closing and staff was very helpful. They fixed my broken nail and got a gel manicure. All the ladies there were sweet and the atmosphere was great!Service: Manicure

I used to go there every 3 weeks to get acrylic fills and never paid more than $35 with gel. I went in yesterday and they charged me $57 for a short full set. That's more than any other non-walmart salon charges in this area. They charged $15 for gel, they even charge me because I had different colors on each nail. Never going back.

New owner did my nails Min did a lovely job. Extremely professional. Speaks English well and very personable. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and she was patient enough to work with me through my decision. Very happy and highly recommend. Also it's right in Walmart so how could you go wrong.

Went in for a pedicure, because I was shopping in Walmart. Not busy at all, I was the only customer, the older lady started on my toes, she did a fine job with the pedicure but she started to paint my nails and they turn out horrible. When asked were they finished she stated yes, and of course I complained because my 8 y/o niece could have done a better job. She proceeded to put a another coat of polish on my nails which was a entirely different color, of course I complain and wanted them redone, and she refused so I refused to pay. I would not recommend this nail salon at alllllllll. The only reason they got a one star was because the salon was clean

Went to get a pedicure and the lady that did my nails missed a toenail! Although the workers r nice, I went and paid just to have incomplete work done. Disappointed.

I had an appointment at 10 o'clock this morning at the place of business on Pleasant Hill Road inside Walmart. I was there, but they were not. The lights were off and the gate was down even though their website said that they opened at 10 AM. I am old about for a few minutes before I walked out. I'm glad I did. After doing so I sat in my car and look at their website to see if perhaps I missed something about the hours. I did not. And then I read the most horrible reviews about this place. When I went in to make the appointment the day before, it wasAbout 2 o'clock in the afternoon. There was a technician behind the front desk who is busy on her phone. Then there were two other technicians in the back of the room busy on their phones as well. No customers. I can understand why. Instead I went to fnailt a half a mile away and it was probably the best service I've received in a nail salon.

My boyfriend and I went there to freshen up for our graduation. My nails were incomplete and they burned me with one of the nail smoothing machines because he was pressing to hard. Then they cut up my boyfriends fingers

Omggg!!! Do not go there! They are horrible, I never leave a bad review, but they messed up my nail soo bad. I had to go the hospital because of their services. My whole nail of my index finger came off. And all I went there was for to take my fake nails off. I seriously advice you to go somewhere else. They’re very rude and unprofessional.
