I just called this store a few ago and the man that answered the phone was very rude and he hung up on me he didn't answer any of my questions when it came down to my phone. And when I called back he forwarded my phone call.

Awesome awesome service!!! My mother-n-Law was visiting and had to get a new phone. Stopped in this location and I was impressed by the owners attention to service. The owner recommended a phone (not trying to oversell) that was newer but similar to my Mother-n-Laws old one and she also made sure all of the data was retrieved and transferred. The old phone wasn't backed up and the screen was severely damaged (wouldn't stay on for more than 10 secs) so it was a challenge. The owner spent 2 hrs on it to make sure the new phone had her contacts and pics- that's a great customer-experience. Makes me want to leave Verizon just to support this store
