I was a hour from home . My car was over heating I was shocked at the behavior the young woman at the register showed. She never once said “hello to us or offered any other type of acknowledgement. Her social skills are zero, their manners nonexistent, they started speaking In Spanish as I was talking to them mind you they both was already speaking in English . I asked was there someone else there that can help me , she said now with and attitude . Management, please do something about this. You can’t have people on the clock not knowing how to help, or any knowledge about cars.

I needed power steering fluid for my Honda, but the clerk looked it up and said you were out of the one for Honda. He gave me another bottle that he said was universal. When I read the back of the bottle it said. " Not recommended for Hondas"please be careful who you have helping customers this could've turned out to be serious

Although we did find what we were looking for at this Autozone shop, we were shocked at the behavior the young woman at the register showed. She was so incredibly absorbed by her cellphone while on the job, that the line was growing larger and larger of those of us waiting to get service from her. At some point I decided to call her out and for a second, she raised her eyes off of the phone and waived for us to come to the register. She entered our product’s information into the register while still watching and using her cellphone. She never once said “hello” to us or offered any other type of acknowledgement. She rang us up, took our credit card and ran it, gave us the merchandise and all of this while (somehow) never taking her eyes off of her phone! How is that even possible, I ask? Well, she did it! Zero customer service. This new generation is lost inside these electronic gadgets. Their social skills are zero, their manners nonexistent, their brains are not functioning right. Management, please do something about this. You can’t allow these young people to use their cellphone while on the clock. It’s insane…

The staff members were prompt and very helpful. I was in and out within half an hour.Went in for a car battery check and replacement first thing on a cold Saturday morning and got all the help I needed. Thank you.

This AZ store WAS good, but not anymore!!Just left the store the staff was just hanging out in the back while customers including myself had to help ourselves after standing around for 20mins and asking for assistance. Really dissapointed with this place staff is terrible go to next one...

The guy that used to work at AutoZone slung my battery only counter and that's the Kohl's up inside of the battery and they are not wanting to return my battery ever since day one and I have been to about 7 AutoZone and every time I ask for a manager they said they are never there even in the daytime y'all would never receive me shopping there again listen you can fix my battery and give me a new one

The overweight Hispanic employee was very rude and condescending. Poor customer service. Does not need to work with people. Bad attitude! I will take my money elsewhere.

This is a great place for everything car related. I love that they will change out your battery for you and I have gone up a couple of times and they will hook the machine up to read your check engine light. At least that way you can do a little research and have a little more insight before going to the repair shop. Great car cleaning supplies and selection too!

I have been so many AutoZone but this one is the worst place ever! The staff couldn’t help at all. We try to look for help but no one seem care. Especially, the pregnant lady. I feel like she didn’t get paid to work.
