Everything was handled effectively at the AT&T store. I didn't have to wait at all, and my transfer from Verizon to AT&T was frictionless. By choosing AT&T, I now get more data for less expense than Verizon. Thank you, AT&T!

The people that work here are not knowledgeable, messed up my IPad and my son’s iPad celullar.. Also they have the rudest staff I have ever encountered…We needed a SIM card, they were out of them but she could not tell me which other ATT store had them… if something was FREE from there I would not go..I am changing carriers because of this store.

How is it possible to wait half an hour to be attended to, with 13 people doing nothing more than talking about their personal matters... very bad service and good at charging you extra money in billing and services.
