My wife and I had a complex list of tasks to do at this store: trade in two phones, buy a new watch, and inquire about the fiber network.Hayden and Coral were amazing! They answered our questions with professionalism and patience. They helped us set up the phones, complete the watch order and network service. We spent two hours with them and they made sure everything was working before we left. This changed my perception of att retail stores.They went above and beyond their duties. I had been to two other att stores before this one, but none of them gave us any advice that was in our best interest. At this store, Hayden, Coral and the manager Jad gave us three tips to save money. We were able to save about $60 per month thanks to them.One thing we learned was that, if you buy an apple series 9 watch at ATT, you get an SE watch for free. I would also recommend you try the fiber network instead of cable, it’s a much better experience. If you need to talk to Att, I will recommend this location.Finally, kudos to the manager Jad! Thank you for building such a customer-focused team!

Duluth AT&Store on Peachtree Industrial has the nicest associates from the manager and the crew. Their always professional and courteous to me and my family. I feel like a part of a family Everytime I'm there. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel like I'm at home.

The AT&T on Peachtree Industrial Blvd has been a pleasant experience! If you have any problems with your phone, Tron is the man! Tron fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. About 2 hours less than what it took for the phone customer service to ATTEMPT to fix it. Thanks Tron!!!

If you want to get something done correctly, see Tron. We spent over 12 hours combined in store visits and phone support and corporate couldn’t figure out how to port our numbers over. Tron is super knowledgeable and professional.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store and I will never go to this store again. {Saturday, July 30, 5:30pm}I ordered 2 iPhones as upgrades online and chose store pickup. Less than 24 hours after being contacted via email and voicemail that my order was ready, the store canceled my order because I hadn’t picked up yet. I still went to the store to try to pick up the phones. When I explained what happened, one of the employees said that he tried to contact me multiple times however I only had received one voicemail on my phone. I did not receive an apology for my order being canceled and somehow felt like they were blaming me for not picking up my order promptly. They were able to give me two phones to purchase to upgrade. When the employee went to finalize the purchase, he told me the other phones would be shut off immediately. I told him that hadn’t happened to us before, and the other employees told him he could “park” the phones. The three employees then went to the back and took a very long time before the one assisting with my purchase came back out. There were no other people or employees in the front of the store with me while they were all in the back. He told me he “parked” the phones, however when I heard from one of my kids, he didn’t have service and was texting me from a friends phone. I then contacted customer service to get the original phone activated again. I didn’t get a receipt in the store for my purchases, he didn’t ask if there was a trade in, which there are. So now I have additional steps to go through to trade in two iPhones when I had originally done it all online and was only supposed to be picking up phones. And when I said to the employee that rang me up, “I guess I should have just had them delivered”, he said “well, what are you going to do?” I’m just so disappointed and frustrated with that experience and I will never go to this store again. And I am definitely looking into switching to Verizon so that I never have to deal with AT&T again.

I visited the store for a trade in for my phone. The first visit I didn't get anything resolved. They first CSR didn't want to help me but "shoo me off". Although, I handled the situation myself that could have been done in the store when a rep on the phone. BUT, I came back in and the other CSR helped me with flying colors. No issues, no problem of any sorts... he handled it. I forgot the reps name but the one that "shoo'd" me off was indeed "Wesley".

Awful! Do not go there. They had me make a new phone number saying I couldn't use my old number. Finding out today from Corporate AT&T that they can use my old number. I beg of you to go to a corporate store and not this poor excuse of a store!

This place promised me with $800 trade in calue knowing the promotion has ended 10 days ago yet lied in my face that they could work it out to get the full $800 trade in so i traded in two of well working Samsung phones for new S21 plus. The bill came in and I only got $350 trade in credit and the manager said only main AT&T customer service can fix the issue. Called mail AT&T and they said retail store is only one who can fix the trade in value. Funny how it all made the full circle. I visited store again to complain and ask to fix the issue. The associate said the manager and DM can fix the issue and would give me a call in 48 hours… well of course no call for over 5 days and I was done waiting. Went to store and ask the manager and she said nothing can be done. This is not a honest business and I truly warn any of you who visit read every letter and numbers at least three times. They will butter stuffs up with all false promises. Oh and yeah The manager said the associate might not know about the expiration of the deal… Are you insane? If your associate is that unware of your store deals you should not have him as worker. What a shameful place this is.. 1 star is too much for this location.

Phenomenal experience with customer service!! Paco was great with explaining to me and my wife about the different plans and products that were best for our situation. He took the time to listen to our needs and got us exactly what we wanted within our budget!! Even if you live near a different location, drive a few extra miles to this one and talk to Paco!!
