I would never go to this car lot again. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I am a young black African American looking to get my first car; when I tell you the judgement when I walked up was horrible, the stereotype was unreal! It’s sad that after all these years a black person is still criticized. PLEASE people never shop here. I even called the police up here. Ridiculous

Do not buy a car from this lot! I purchased a car about a month ago didn't even have the vehicle 10 days & the motor went out took it to there mechanic and it's was the cam, lifters, oil pump, misfire etc! Literally had the car for 10 days if that smh...called and talked to the manager he was very rude, trying to play some tough guy roll, but was soft as tissue when he wanted me to buy the vehicle! They wouldn't even get the vehicle fix...I didn't even put 50 miles on the jeep, and I can prove everything I'm saying. I took it to there mechanic how do you leave somebody who spent 30k with you to the wolves! I will not recommend the car lot to anybody!!!! And they know I'm telling the God honest truth less than 10.. days in a vehicle and the mechanic tell me the motor is bad smh..I called the owner and he did nothing for me my vehicle is currently still in the shop..let's see there response to this review

Atlanta Direct Auto is an amazing business they cater to everyone!!!! The staff is nice and welcoming I definitely recommend coming here. The waiting area is very clean and spacious they even have toys for kids to help pass the time!!!

Great reception, exceptional customer service. Buying a car is stressful but Bobby alleviated all worries with complete transparency. We didn’t feel like dollar signs, but we were greeted, received and even educated. Overall awesome human interaction on top of a clean beautiful car. Will be back again!
