The service is so awesome form Shakura I deleted my old review.I have to say I went back after years of going to another location. This experience was the best. Most of all my insurance was verified and good to go this visit. The staff was great from the time I walked in the door. Shakura and Ashley are the best!! The customer service they delivered was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure I got everything i needed and made this the best experience ever from any branch or any place i have experienced. They really set the tone for what great service is. They changed everything that was wrong years ago. Now this is the only place I will go for my eye glasses and exam. They truly need recognition for there superior customer service skills. I manage a team of 30 and they are the perfect template for what keeps a business competitive.

Amazing experience, the Dr spoke perfect Spanish and the General Manager Ashley was super friendly, taught me how to put my contacts in and out in less than 30 min 10/10 exp

The staff was very professional and friendly during my first visit. Shakura was awesome with helping me with my needs. I would definitely recommend my family & friends to come here. The environment was also clean and welcoming. Great Job guys!??????

I have always gotten my family glasses form this location. I tried another one years ago and came back to this one. But now I’m regretting this decision. We came in on December 30 for eye exams and glasses. The first issue was there were more people appointments then staff. Then we got the exams. I made them all glasses except for mine. I wear contacts. So we get to the picking out frames. The associate starts doing the order. I verified all of our insurance information, so I knew there always a company for my kids. But I have two insurance companies, I was told I’m mistaken and that only one will pay for my glasses, I’ve had the same eyeglasses insurance for years an they always pay for glasses and contacts. So we proceed with the order, the associate never had us put on the frames and take measurements of the way they were on our face. (1) problemNext was pricing I paid 155.00 for all the exams and frames which was processed working. Then a few days later my glasses are there but totally wrong they are sunglasses not prescription. My kids glasses took almost a month to get, so I go back with mine and I had to have Ashley the manager help me, she said the order was wrong: she redid it. Now at this point I’m like how long will this take, I finally received my glasses two weeks ago, yes it took 2 months. Then the ones that come are still not correct, she had to send them back again, that was two weeks ago and still waiting for them, I’ve been told that they are there since Monday but not checked in yet, but I called twice yesterday and was told by one assistant they have arrived and then I called later that day and they were not there yet . Now I called today and they are not processed yet. I can say that Ashley has been very helpful and gave me back my copay. So I appreciate it for sure.

Terrible experience, they don't serve you well, they treat you badly, they don't solve your problem, they tell you to come one day to pick up your glasses and it turns out that that day you can't, it has to be another day and so they have you, call the manager and the glasses appeared immediately. k lack of respect.

Ashley was extremely helpful over the phone and in person when I went to get my eye exam done and to pick up my glasses and contacts. She did her best to help me keep me in my budget and to make sure I was taken care of properly. The staff is also very nice and personable.

Prisci got her 1st real eye exam. I gotta love the doctors I work with, Prisci was starting to cry she was scared but the Docs have so much patients with the kids and makes them feel comfortable explaining what’s about to happen and using Disney movie to explain . Prisci was so comfortable that she was able to get thru her eye exam. She came out of that room all excited and happy ready to pick her glasses.

Do not waste your time and money here. I had been using them for years and never had an issue once until recently. I have the eye care membership club and I came in to renew my prescription since I was out of contacts and was not able to until I updated my prescription. I go in and the doctor did an awesome job no complaints the issue started the moment I was charged despite having the membership club (exams are free) I did not catch it the moment I paid since I had to go to work afterward and was in a hurry. It was not until one week later that I noticed that I paid for the membership which makes no sense since my membership does not expire until March 2024. I called to get clarification and the lady was rude on the phone saying they are closing when it 4 and they do not close until 6 that day. I also asked about my trial contacts since the doctor wanted me to try a new pair and the lady said I have to call other American best to see if they have it in stock. I was taken back since why would I have to do their job and call other offices for my trial pair? I called another American best to double check about my membership and yup I was right it does not expire until March 2024 and they did not have to charge me or have me call other American best for my trial pair. I go in to ask why I was charge the membership and the ladies were absolutely rude brushing me off with an attitude, at this point I leave went to call corporate office to complain and they were not any different than the store. They told me to call Ashley the manager tomorrow. I try to reach her two times and was not able to get in touch with her until finally I was able to get in touch with her. She right away said I was not charge for an eye exam and trying to tell me I was wrong without checking throughly. I had for some reason two accounts so the account that I had the membership they did not use the day I came in for the exam. Okay understandable mistakes happen, however even so the lady who charged me should not automatically charge me for a membership if I had not ask for one, that is like stealing in a way. Ashley said she will combine my account into one and refund me because they made a mistake. At this point i decided to give them another chance and man I wish I did not. After waiting a week for my refund and calling Ashley to get in touch with her about my refund no one reached out. I drove back up there and requested to talk to her and she acted like she had no idea about anything saying she does not see two accounts and that I was not charge for my eye exam and a bunch of non sense. At that point I was annoyed because obviously she does not know what she is doing or what her associates are doing. Keep in mind not once was I rude I bit my tongue every time. I did get my refund however the biggest thing is the lack of customer service. Took a whole month to get my money back, and still have not got my trial pair. The whole place is a mess. I honestly wanted to warn another family there to go somewhere else. Ashley biggest thing was making sure if someone called to put in a good word because she gave me a solution. Sorry but all you gave me was a headache and lack of trust in your professionalism.

This store is amazing! They were super busy when I showed up with an outside prescription and despite the store being crowded they took time to help me pick the best lenses and frames. I want to give a special shout out to Ashley! She knew so much about lenses that I never knew about and helped me so much!

Acquired two sets of frames with the proper prescription after the eye exam was performed. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Acquired my two sets of glasses within 2 weeks and sales expert August mentioned that if the frames ever get loose, I am free to come back at any time to have them tightened. August is very professional and helpful.
