Called, told vehicle was in the lot.
Got there, I was told it was in the back getting "new pads and rotors".
Asked to see it, I was sat down for 10 minutes, then told the car was not on the lot, because of some "service" it needed.
Figure yourself if you can do business in a place with such antics.

I received exceptional service today by the dealership as a whole but ESPECIALLY from MAC, he made me feel comfortable with my purchase today. His genuine and thoughtfulness is what sealed the deal. I had a wonderful experience at ALM GWINNETT! Joshua and Joe were superb! I was told everything I needed explained in details and I was comfortable during the entire process. Brian the Manager was very polite and professional and did what he could to give the the best possible deal.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I was dealing with the manager Jamal, very unprofessional, he will have you on hold for 30 mins or more he ran my credit for the car I wanted, had me wait 2 weeks because he said there was a scratch that needed to be repaired, then he sold it to someone else after doing the deal. I needed this car to get back and forth to travel to my sick grandmother and work. Such an inconvience. I will reach out to corporate. Bad business very shady place. I would not recommend.

Truly unprofessional. They are trying to rob people with unnecessary charges. I was speaking to the salesman on the phone who drew up the numbers (pictured). I told him I did not want the motor trend certification or the paint and fabric protection and he hung up on me. As a dealership you should give the choice to customers to decide on the options they want with their purchase rather then forcing unnecessary charges on your potential costumers.
