If I could give Vick Tires a zero star I would of and I would be very surprised if these bunch of bullies are still there by this time next year,this tire shop is by far the worst I’ve ever been to, and I do a lot of traveling all round the U S and have been to many tire shops over the years.The 5 star reviews this place have is obviously false and left by the conmen that work there, well I know through a friend of a friend that William Harris who left one of the 5 star review work there, so there you have it,I had a slow leak in one of my tires and drove to the this place as it was the nearest to me at the time, the guys got on the job right away as they were not busy, looking back now I’m not surprised why they weren’t busy, at first they tried to charge me $70 to repair the tire when I said, don’t you think that’s a little bit expensive, Wally number 2 comes out and says the tire is no more good, it’s punctured on the sidewall, you’re gonna need another tire, I said well how much will that be, he said $90.Being that I hadn’t much of a choice and knew that $90 for a used tire was also a bit much I said ok, go ahead, the two idiots changed the tire and then asked me for $100 , I ask why a 100 when you said 90, it’s $10 for disposal charge he said . I paid the $100 and went on my way, when I got on the highway my car was shaking all over the place, it was not shaking before I brought it the tire shop, at this point the car is not safe to drive so I bring it back right away to the shop, I said to the buddy my car is shaking all over the place I can hardly keep it on the road, I was stunned, when he replied with , WHAT WOULD YOU EXPECT. There is professionalism right there I thought. I said what I would expect is my car to be running ok as it was before especially after giving u a $100, to fix it, did you even do the balancing, I asked I’ll balance it again he said and so he did, but there where no change when I got back on the highway .I just know there were no point in going back to these idiots again I got to my destination and the next day I took my car to a difference tire shop where the chap there told me whoever sold u this tire should be in jail . The tire was warped and very dangerous.The fellas at Vicks knew full well what they were doing, they took my good tire and me a worser one while charging a $100 I got ripped off.Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I certainly won’t be going back there and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Please DO NOT COME TO VICKS! I was told he put brand new tires on my truck and I was on the side of the road in less then a week! Fraud! It’s not worth it! Not sure how he is still in business but soon or later he will be closed down. He is not honest and will tell you on thing and do another. If you need anything done please go to else where. This place is not even last resort!!! Don’t waste a penny a Vicks. You have been WARNED!

This place need to be closed Today!!! Not next week not next year!!! Horrible service they lie about prices and try to double prices on you. 1 guy will tell you $60 and the next will tell you$120.. do not go to this establishment bad for business!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT. ALL. COSTS!!! I have been wanting to write this review for a while now and finally have gotten a chance to leave this much needed review. My brother took his car (Yellow mustang) to get all four tires replaced. My brother is rather frugal and probably the reason why he ended up taking his car to this location, but you get what you pay for (sadly). Still NEVER a justification for how they left the rims of his car. My guess is while unscrewing the rims of the car, the machine this tire place uses to remove the rims ended up scratching all areas around the bolts. Not ONE but ALL FOUR RIMS were completely scratched up.My brother came home to inspect the work done and only THEN noticed what had been done to the car. He was so distraught since he loves his mustang and takes great pride in it. I truly felt sorry for my brother so offered to to help him in making the claim since my brother doesn't speak a lot of english. When we went back to the location they were closed but has some workers still inside the building. They saw us but did not bother opening the door and since the car is YELLOW and super recognizable I'm sure they already knew what the situation was. At that point my blood was boiling since the workers who had caused all this couldn't care less!!! We left the location without ever confronting them. I truly don't wish this experience to anyone. My poor brother ended up having to fix the damages himself and even then the scratches on the rims never fully erased.Please avoid the stress, headache and entirely bad experience and take your business elsewhere. Can't emphasize it ENOUGH, just don't go here.

Very rude would never Recommend anyone to this shop. He is very mean I was doing nothing but trying to pay for some air and he told me “stupid white people go to gas station” I would not be at a tire shop if the air pump at the gas station would take my tire to 65psi. He should not be in business. I’m not sure how he had any business. Could be a front for a drug operation. He was one of the meanest people I have ever met. His worker was even saying “it’s just air the man is trying to pay you” he got mad and told me not to come back ever again. If I could leave 0 stars I would and I never leave reviews but this guy would not help an old lady if she fell on the ground in front of him.

24" tires were hard to find at other tire shops but VICK TIRES had them new and used. They solved my problems and had me back on the road again. Good prices and service.

I’m being nice to give them a a star, when went to this establishment on Wednesday all of my tiers were low I was on my way to work it was cold outside and I had to deal with this very rude individual he act as though he really did not want to help me but of course when I offered him a $20 tip his whole demeanor change for the better, why do we do each other bad

If I could rate it at 0 stars I would. There is a reason they are not busy.I went here in a pinch that needed a valve stem changed and it also had a sensor on it. The guy there gave me the price and I was fine with it because I was in the pinch.Soon as I left there and I get on the expressway My tire is shaking that he changed the valve stem on. I didn't have time to stop then and go back but I tried to call and got no answer.So today I'm in the area again and I just pull up on them. I explained the situation and now he wants to charge me extra to balance my tire. When he knows anytime you break the seal on the tire the tire needs to be balanced. So he gives me this whole story about how my tires are too big and you would have to charge me to balance them because his machine cannot hold the weight it puts wear and tear on his machine. That's not my problem That's the cost of doing business which he is clearly not good at.I will never spend another dime at this place because they do not know what customer service is and have a bevy of excuses of why something wasn't done. Enter at your own risk.

Called over to Vicks Tires spoke with who I assume was Vick and simply gave a pleasant Greetings and then began to ask if he sold used tires however before I could continue he had hung up on me. So I called back and spoke with him again and informed him it appeared he had hung up on me and he proceeded to say he did cause when you call him you need to talk cause he's very busy. Extremely rude and unacceptable customer service or shall I say lack thereof. Now I've had people in the past tell me he was rude however I had never attempted to obtain Tires from him in the past and based on this experience I surely won't attempt to in the future.

I can also confirm I was affected by possible credit fraud involving this company. When I called them on the phone they were indecipherable, I politely said thank you and ended the call. Very shady.

They are letting people come and manually enter people card info without checking fraudulently… I call to speak with them professionally about it the owner screamed and hung up the phone. I will be contacting the better business bureau on this company because they are getting stolen credit cards and running the transactions manually without having the card personally.

$50 to mount a brand new tire. Had to return because it wouldn’t hold air. They put sealer on it. My tire still went flat. I returned again. This time I was told it would be an additional $100 because it needed to be sent out. $150 to get a tire mounted properly…. Took it to Danny’s in Austell. Same day fix. Had I not wasted money at Vicks it would have only been $50 total. Don’t waste your time.

Wish I could leave zero stars I dropped my chrome rims off to Vick for repair, he did say he himself doesn't repair them but he sends them off to someone else. Before I left we agreed that if the repair would change the color of the chrome in anyway he would contact me first and we would go from there. I called him Tuesday and asked what the status was and he said it couldn't be fixed without messing up the chime so I agreed I would just pick it up and not to proceed with the repair ( I had someone else that was gonna repair it without messing up the chrome). When I picked my rim up today this is how it looks, it has a air bubble looking mark from them trying to fix it which we both agreed they wouldn't do. So now since I'm going to be out of more money I'm on my way to file a lawsuit in Douglas country, stay far away from this place. On top of that I asked him where does he send it for repair and he refuses to tell me which is why I'm suing him.

Awesome deals on wheels and tire sets. Works with customers as they pull up. Helpful when finding wheels and tires. Customer service could be better. When you call, they answer the phone and hang up after you barely get the chance to ask your questions. Very busy place, so it is understandable why he gets off of the phone quickly. If you go in, they will make sure you are taken care of.

I called and ask this man how much for the tire he said" and i Quote $60 but... when i got up there I was charged $70 for used! Let me say that again A Used tire!! But because I really needed the tire i purchased the tire..from now on if I am going to pay those kinda prices i will go to a actually tire shop.makes more sense,these shady tree tire shops are getting over on ppl,$70 for used tires!!!!! It's just like selling a knock off prada bag!! At the same price as a genuine prada bag...who does that!!! Walmart has tire tires on sale...$48 dollars a tire and 17 to put each tire on..a couple dollars more but your getting new tires ppl...call around before you do business with this man... he should be your last option...
