Alexis was very helpful and curtious , they checked my tire that had a nail in it and found out it didn't puncture the tire and saved me. Love the service ❤

Came in on a rainy Sunday and met Alexis who was absolutely a “God Send!” She got me in quick and was super professional and courteous. Her and her service techs(Mike and TJ were right on point and even took the time to walk me through what was going on and why. This was an unbelievable visit to a well staffed and professional team! I highly recommend that everyone in D-Ville takes some time to swing by this shop and get their automotive needs taken care of like the did me. Thank you so much & God Bless!Marvin Roberts

Great customer service!! This was my first time at this location & it won't be my last! Came in for a wheel alignment and was informed that I need to have my two front rims repaired, per the technician. Damn pot holes & railroad tracks. Nonetheless... they saved me several $$$ by getting a tire rotation & balance. Antron... super cool guy. Laid back & very patient. All in all I had a great experience. Thank you all!

I'll always bring my vehicles here purely for the staff. They make you feel like family and they do great work! I had my brakes replaced and couldn't be happier with the service I received! Even getting my check-up done today was a good experience. Help keep these folks in business!!

As a young adult, I’m still learning to figure out how important car maintenance is. When I tell you, Nicholas, Alexis and Antron has made this experience so easy for me. The customer service was great and making sure to break down everything little by little for me to understand. There’s so much patience in this staff, I truly appreciate them so much! I’ll be back for my future maintenance work on my car.

Had a wonderful experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Douglasville today! Anton and Nicholas took really good care of my truck and I’m very appreciative of that. They took the time to explain what tires I needed and even though I arrived at their location an hour before they closed, they handle my tire installation in a short amount of time. Awesome!

This location has a new manager named Nick . very down to earth and knowledgeable. Took time to explain what was wrong with my car. I didn't feel rushed,dismissed or like i was being up sold on services. Best customer service I've had in quite some time from any type of establishment. The waiting area was clean and spacious, I definitely will be back.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nicholas with purchasing new tires. He was very helpful with answering all my questions and finding me the best deal. He was also thorough in explaining how the warranty works and how to maintain my new tires. Nicholas showed great customer service and I will be returning for future maintenance.

The Mavis staff at this location have always done a great job with my vehicle. Last time I was there, Norman took care of my tires, checked brakes, and diagnosed a bad headlamp turn signal that had been a problem for a while, all for a reasonable price, then offered to mount replacement hub caps for free (these are covers that need the lug nuts removed first). All around top notch customer care.
