It was good experience overall. The only negative is that they left off all of the valve covers on my tires. They completed the service in the allotted time.

I purchased two tires with a 40k mile warranty. One tire is splitting along the tread down to the wire. I mention this to the rep several times. He says he can see the damage, even though the tire wasn't positioned to do so, and then quotes me a price only $15 cheaper than my original purchase price. And says that's the best he can do. Not giving me an opportunity to even show him the damage I was referring to and giving me a horrible quote looks like they had no intention of honoring the warranty.

I came in at 2 for a 245 appointment. They said they were backed up and probably couldn't get to me before my scheduled time, but I was out by 250. Very pleased with the speed and the service

Called and got a quote within 5 minutes on everything I needed. Went in and was happily surprised that the person I spoke to on the phone was the same person I spoke to in person and the quote remained the same. He was extremely helpful, efficient, personable, and honest. I believe his name was Jared. Price was the best I could find in Douglasville. Other tire shops were shocked by the quote they gave me, saying there’s no way it would be that cheap, but it was that cheap AND with great customer service as well. Couldn’t recommend this place more. 6 stars

Damaged my wheels installing my tires on 6/3/24. Didn’t realize until I got home to clean all the grease off the wheels they use when mounting. Valve stem dug into the wheels and removed the bronze color from them. Call me if you want to make it right.

Called this location, which I took my 3 vehicles (F150, Corvette Z06, and Jeep Wrangler) to for tires. Waited on hold for over ten minutes listening to the music interspersed with constant reminders about how important my business is to DC blah blah all lies. Anyway, finally transferred, and someone answered the phone, and they then
immediately disconnected the call. I guess Discount Tire doesn’t need my business any more because they obviously have too much already.

Stop at lunch for Air in one tire. I had a nail. Made appointment for 5. When I got here at 5. I was told I didn't have a appointment. Waited a hour and 45 minutes just to plug one tire. I guess they just lost my appointment!! They could be a little more friendly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! A place that should know how to take care of customers does not. A lady that was in front of us had tires ordered that were to be here last week were not. They told her to come back today to have them installed. They in fact were not here today either. With a young baby in hand they told her to come back next week. Her tires on her suv has a bulge and cords showing. She told them she works in Atlanta and works all next week. Discount tire told her they have a set that are $300 more they can install today. She could not afford it. So she was going to air up her tires and leave. I could not just let her leave like that. I found a manager and told him how terrible the way they treated her was. I had to step in and help her out. The unresponsiveness the manager gave me tells me all there is I need to know about this location. I will never come back to discount tire nor will I ever suggest and recommend them. Also they offer wiper replacement. I saw them struggle with that on one car and actually tell a customer they couldn't replace one on the back of an suv because they didn't know how.

Horrible management. Went in there to get a tired fixed under warranty. After being ignored for over 10 min was finally addressed to be told out my info in for the wait list. Not a hey, how are you or will be with you. Just very snippy and rude. Left Douglasville to visit Hiram location where customer service was much better
