As a refugee, my American dream was to own a grandfather clock and drive a German car. After few years of saving in 2015 at 31 yrs old, I was able to purchase a Howard Miller clock. Not an expensive one but it was expensive for me at that time. The lady at the shop was so nice and helpful. The father and son that delivered and set up the clock were friendly. They work with their hearts. Highly recommended. By the way, I purchased a BMW not long after owning the grandfather clock. Thank you Champs Clock. Thank you America.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I always bring people to champ’s clock shop when I have family in town because it’s a hidden gem! The owners are super friendly and can share the unique history of every clock in the store. I used to live in Germany and these clocks are as authentic as the ones in the Black Forest. They have grandfather clocks that are centuries old, cuckoo clocks, and everything in between. If you want a stunning, heirloom clock for your home or you just love history, this is an awesome place to visit. The cuckoo clock pictured is one of the largest in the world!

Thank you to Champ's for fixing my mantle clock! It was my grandfather's, built in 1935, and had stopped chiming. Andrew did a fine job repairing and replacing parts to make it work like a Champ, so to speak! Great service and I would recommend Champ's to anyone who needs clock repair. Thank you!

This is a very cool place to check out! The prices are very good and comparable! I think the coolest part is you can kinda travel back in time and see all the different craftsmanship in the clocks! Would be cool if the clocks could talk and tell their stories! The staff are very friendly and it is family owned! I always try to support family owned businesses

Love this place. Came for the Chime event and wound up purchasing two clocks. May be another in the future. Jeff and crew are very informative.

Absolutely gorgeous, lovely experience. If I could give this place ten stars, I would. There's an easily accessible parking, the place wasn't hard to get into, they have such a lovely ambiance, and even better reception. They have a clock in the building (as shown in one of the photos I posted) that you would assume to be fake until you go upstairs and get to see the inner mechanisms and see how it works! It's a lovely area. With what I believe to be a trail, there's a series of signs posted leading you to the entrance of the shop, and despite outside appearances, it's a lovely, large area, fitted with many clocks ranging from grandfather clocks, to wall clocks, to German clocks, to retro looking clocks. This place is absolutely lovely and has a great personality you just don't get to see often. If you're looking for clocks or just wanting to look around what's in store for Douglasville, I heavily recommend that you go visit this lovely area, as you just don't get to experience places like this very often. As soon as you walk through the threshold, you'll experience a passage into another world like never before. If i had two words to describe this place, all I would say is that it's absolutely magnificent.

Terribly unprofessional. I drove an hour to get to his shop after asking if he could look at our clock, only to be told he could not look at it and it would be 3 months before he could get to it, if he found the time. No apology or anything. Will never take anything to his junk shop.

Great staff and an amazing selection of clocks. This shop is the real deal. It's been in business for longer than I've been alive and worth a visit weather you're on the film trail, interested in a clock for your home, or just a history buff.
