This is not a rating based on their work rather their customer service...to drive in for a quote and call back the next day and never hear back from them is just unprofessional regardless of being short staffed or wait time to get in shop.

I dealt with Wendy from the first time I called. I had already been on the phone with multiple other body shops & she won me over with her great customer service. I had a REALLY fast turn around time; anytime I called with questions she was very polite & took care of me. I’m just very thankful I came across meeting her! & of course my car looks brand spanking new again!Services: Painting

They went above and beyond!!!I was referred to Affordable Body Shop after being rear-ended and I needed repairs done to my truck and enclosed trailer. The work they did was flawless and the front house staff is very responsive and easy to deal with. If I ever need body work done I will definitely be returning to Affordable and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs to a vehicle or trailer.
