I paid $600 dollars more than I usually would have just for yearly shots, and they coudnt even explain what all they did.”
“Highly recommend! It’s always tough looking for a new vet to trust when you move somewhere new but Intown Animal Hospital (both locations) has been awesome taking care of my pup! I was nervous about a recent teeth cleaning and small surgical procedure but the staff and Dr. White put me at ease immediately. Dr. White called me before the procedure and right after the procedure providing updates which helped calm my nerves. She also called the day after and a week after just to check in. Fantastic customer service and pet care all around. 5 stars and more if I could give them!”

“We recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.
I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.”

“Moving back to GA soon and immediately knew I would be taking all of my girls to see Jill and Dr. Johansen. Jill is an EXCEPTIONAL Vet Tech that has been an integral part of caring for my girls. She is attentive and makes sure my girls are always taken care of and that I have all of my questions answered. Dr. Johansen is an EXCEPTIONAL vet who took my concerns seriously and helped my dogs through very difficult illnesses and scary moments, and helped us through the unexpected loss of another animal. This is such a dynamic duo and you cannot go wrong with coming to see them!”
“Cannot say enough about how incredible Heavenly Paws is. We were given their name by our mobile Vet, Dr. Christi and Carmelle of Gentle Touch Mobile Vet when we were approaching the time to help our sweet girl, Mitty, gently leave this world. Mitty was 20 years old and we received her urn and paw print today. Dr Christi and Carmelle delivered the packaged items from Heavenly Paws. We sat down and opened each and every item they sent us after they provided Mitty's aftercare. The attention to detail was so reassuring that Mitty was respectfully cared for by Heavenly Paws. We cried, we smiled a little and we felt so touched and reassured by a business we had never actually spoken to. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You are true angels in a business that has to be difficult. Thank you for treating Mitty with such respect. We will treasure the items you prepared for us and the small fur clipping was a welcome surprise that made us feel of sense of Mitty now being with us. “Took my cat because I was worried about a hematoma in his ear and they were very nice and understanding about my concerns as well as working with him to keep him calm, as he can go off his rocker at the vet. I was worried about the cost as a college student but it was very inexpensive, also due to it being such small hematoma. They were very nice and explained this very well. As far as cost I found it to be very reasonable which is why I chose to goto them.”
“Our dog had to have TPLO surgery and they handle the process well, and a couple years later had to have it done again on his other leg so we had no hesitation going back. Our pooch is recovering very well with return to function. They kept us updated with proactive communication throughout the whole process.”

He is knowledgeable, experienced, and caring towards his clients and their furry kids. I trust Dr. Roton completely with the care of my cats. It's not easy to find a great veterinarian, and I have much respect and appreciation for him. He took such great care of my Winona during her battle with cancer.

“Dr Biddlecome is an absolute gem of a person. I went into the appointment in desperation after my 5 year old cat suddenly displayed uncharacteristic aggression to a member of the household. She was not only patient with our concerns and fostered an open environment where we felt comfortable unburdening our concerns but she was gentle in her handling of Franky and offered multiple solutions to try remedying the issue. “I can't believe I have been using this clinic since 2020 without writing a review to say how much I like them. I found VCA LILBURN because my next-door neighbor's reminder postcard was misdelivered years ago, and I kept the name in my hip pocket, waiting for the addition of a dog into my home. That opportunity came in 2020 when COVID converted me into a remote worker and I was wanting companionship. My dog Rocky came to me at age 10, and this clinic has been so supportive and caring! In his first year with me, they guided me through the process for getting him cancer surgery for a mass on his leg with Blue Pearl. Rocky's health is what I would expect from an older dog with some chronic conditions and plenty of arthritis. Dr. Boudreau and the wonderful team of vet techs and support staff have been able to guide me through conservative and effective treatment to keep Rocky happy and comfortable. I use the VCA Care Club for senior dogs that allows me to get his routine work done at a discount over year, and included with that are as many office visits as needed at no additional charge. That benefit has served me well, and ultimately has resulted in me feeling like a team member in Rocky's care.
If you have read this far, and don't know about the monthly Librela injection for arthritis, I have to say I am just as excited about it as the staff was when they introduced it to me! It hasn't turned my 14 year old dog into a puppy, but he is so much more comfortable than he was six months ago!
I forgot to mention boarding. Honestly, I am like other people who don't enjoy boarding their pets. It is much more satisfying to have Rocky cared for in my home. However, the confidence I have in VCA LILBURN is high and I use their boarding service when the occasion calls for it. Naturally, Rocky is always happy to go home, and I know his boarding visits create a bit of anxiety, but he is accustomed to going there, and the staff absolutely love him and treat him well.

I have an issue with my dog (hot spot on her hip) and the medicine the vet prescribed would not only address any discomfort my dog was feeling, but would address the underlying issue which my previous vet failed to do.
