Needs to be shut down. Doesn't have gas, none of the pumps work, and the will ring you up for the wrong price and try to scam you for items in the store

This has got to be one of the worst Shell stations in the area. I live near this station and have gone to it for years only because of the convenient location. (I try to avoid it.) It's not unusual to go there and find technical problems with the pumps, no supplies (water, paper towels) for cleaning your windshield, unfriendly employees, and a general sad condition of affairs. I'd recommend the gas station across the street or just about anywhere else.

This place charged me $80 for a 5 minute repair and then threatened to call the police if I didn't pay them in cash. Would not accept my **************** card that I had just used to buy gas as payment. At that rate I suppose an hour's worth of labor is...$700? Bring lots of cash. The absolute rudest staff, should more appropriately be called the gas station gang. I thought this place didn't look too bad from the outside but I was wrong.I feel obligated to issue a warning to Stay Away, especially if you are a woman. The worst experience I have ever had at a service station

I needed fuel, and upside had a discount. The pump says, regular, $3.49, the sign says $3.39, I kept looking back-and-forth trying to figure out what was up. They charged $.10 extra per gallon on Credit card orders. My eyesight ain't so good so I couldn't see that from the street. They got a gallon out of me. Not good!

Thank goodness this business is under New Management. It really needed a change and total new employees now treat you much better than before. Nothing negative seems to be acceptable to the obviously new and improved ownership. ???

This gas station has no ability to accept any digital forms of payment such as Goolge pay ... when attempting to utilize a gift card I received that has been loaded actual Shell app, the attendant very 7nconcerningly stated they dont have a scanner and can not scan the bar code. Not very friendly.

Many of the screens are broken so you can't read any of the commands. Needs to be updated.

Rudest people. They didn't accept my Visa card for some reason and couldn't tell me why.. I was completely empty. Thankfully there was another gas station across the street. Use the chevron across the street if you're in this area!!

Buttons on pump on southwest corner were so messed up that I could not complete my transaction, fooled with it for about 10 minutes, tried multiple cards, then went to QuikTrip
