I was in and out in 30 mins or less, the person who conducted my pre-employment drug screen was polite and professional, I’ll be coming back for any future testing needs.

I had some blood tests done here today. Everyone was friendly and polite, they were quick to help me and the facility was conveniently located and clean. Most of all I wanted to share how wonderful my technician was.. I am not sure of his real name but he told me his nickname was Cook. He took great care of me today! 10/10 would recommend this location.

I had a great experience at this location getting blood work done. I made an appointment and only had to wait several minutes to be seen. The staff I interacted with were friendly and my results were processed quickly.

Great experience! I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving without an appointment. The lab tech was very personable and made sure I was comfortable due to my anxiety with blood draws. I’m glad I chose this location.

The entire staff are very pleasant but Sasha has great energy! She’s hilarious, quick and she knows what she’s doing! I will always continue to go out of my way to come here for any type of lab work!

My experience was very good overall. The new nurse was also very awesome, was happy that she attended me today. The senior nurse was all an awesome lady as well. Plus the social distancing because of the covid was also managed properly. Would definitely recommend if anybody wants to go get their blood work done. Good Job guys. Just hoping that my test results comes normal. lol....

I had a lovely experience here. The wait wasn't long and they kept the chairs separated, checking in was fast and easy and they provided hand sanitizer and gloves in three sizes. The nurse who took my blood was very sweet and when I told her I have a history of passing out from blood draws, she handled it extremely well and it was the best blood draw experience I've ever had.

I literally had the best experience with the two ladies there today! I remember Shonda I think and the other lady had braids but this was actually a fun experience getting a drug screen for my new hire position! I recommend them if you want to turn a some what stressful situation into a fun one

In my whole life I have never been somewhere so ghetto and Rachet.... the employees talk to you any kind of way and they talk to other employees any kind of way right in front of patients ...terrible terrrrrrrible location....I will never return to this hot mess again so help me god

I have had many labs drawn in my life and used multiple Quest offices throughout the nation. I have never felt more welcomed and cared about than by the Decatur team. Efficient, kind, and genuine, the ladies that helped me could not have been better employees and humans. I have even tried to think of other ways to thank them my service was so great. Thank you so much.
