I had an exceptional experience with Antoinette during my recent blood draw. Her kindness and expertise were truly noteworthy. Despite my fear of needles and having small veins, Antoinette skillfully performed the procedure, managing to find my vein on the first attempt. The process was both painless and efficient. I am incredibly grateful for her exceptional skills and the positive impact she had on my experience. She is truly amazing!

I made an appointment for 7:40 on a Wednesday morning. I walked in at 7:30 and got called back 3 minutes later. I left at 7:40. Super quick and Stacy was friendly

In and out in 15 mins. Went on a Monday morning a half hour after they opened and made an appointment 20 mins beforehand. Nicole was professional and a pleasure.

Had been here once before with no issues but had never read the reviews. Had to have some blood work done recently and decided to visit this location again. While searching for the address, decided to read the reviews. And boy did folk have a lot to say. Most of the reviews not good. Even though the reviews were less than favorable, I went ahead and made an appointment. The day came for my appointment and I was not looking forward to it. As I pulled up to the location, I already had a frown on my face and practicing my speech to whomever brought me to the back on why are they so slow etc etc. As I walked in it was a good number of people waiting. I took a seat and expected to be waiting for no less than an hour as some had said on the reviews. To my surprise after about 10 minutes of getting there I was called to the back. The staff I came in contact with was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. Making sure my name was spelled correctly to showing me my name on the vile of blood after taken to make sure everything was correct. I was in and out within a total of 20. Needless to say I was very pleased with my experience here and will continue to make this my go to location!

Ryan was very personable and patient. He gave amazing customer service. I gave 4 stars only because the checkin process is not user friendly for all customers. An older lady was completely confused and I assisted her but that wasn’t my job. Someone should be on standby at the very least to help people who are not tech savvy. I felt really bad for her.

This place is terrible. First off there's no one there to help you other than a kiosk, so good luck if you have any questions. My appointment was for 11:10 and they didn't get to me til 12. Their sitting area is too small, there were two people in wheelchairs with nothing to help them out. One lady was watching an instagram live on her phone on full blast, and we asked her to turn the volume down and she cussed us out. This is why having staff watching over the waiting room is important.Then to the back. The only reason this gets one star is cause the guy working in the back was nice, everything else was terrible. I was getting a urine drug test. His computer crashed so I had to wait with him for 10 minutes for it to reboot. They then put all my belongs in a lock box, which was weird but I get it. Then I went into the bathroom and filled up the cup. There was no lid for the cup, so I had to walk out into the hallway where people are walking by with an open cup of my urine. I gave it to him and he walked around with it the whole time open. He helped open a door for a lady in a wheelchair why still holding my open cup of urine.We went to the back and he filled up some files right next to the computer he was typing on, his writing tools that he had me use, and the printer where I got my paper in the end. He never changed gloves. Same gloves handling my urine touched everything. He then poured excess urine down the sink! And put the cup into an open use trash can. I get he might be working with what he's got but this made everything seem EXTRA disgusting. There were people in the room next door getting their blood drawn and here's my open air urine being carried around like a cup of coffee. Door nobs being touched, computers being touched, pens and paper being touched. I was shocked at how disgusting it was. I couldn't help think about all the people he helped that day, hopefully but probably not changing his gloves, and touching everything. I used a lot of hand sanitizer when I left.

Had trouble with the kiosk and couldn't check in. Staff refused to help me check in and just kept telling me I had to check in. I kept telling her that I was not able to. Finally I left and went to St. Joe's and was helped with check in immediately. This location has always been bad, but it really has become worthless. Go to any other location!

I had an appointment but waited over 40 minutes past my appointment. When I arrived there, over 5 people were waiting. All had been waiting way past their appointment time. Bad sign.When I entered the room to get my blood drawn, there was no computer in the room. Bad sign 2.Didn't have a good experience overall.

Horrible. Waited over an hour just for them to say you have to pre-pay for testing. Everything is done over the phone but they have no internet service. The website is hard to use and couldn’t pay using my P.O. Box which is my billing address, had no way to pay for it.

If there was 0 star i would have gave it. Appointment at 2:10, but its 3:15 everyone have places to go and they cant even get their schedule in track. Customer service rude.

Everyone is very thorough but very fast. Didn’t expect to be in and out as quickly as I was. Thank you guys so much it’s really appreciated because I really had to look around to find a drug testing place that was actually open early like they said they were.

zero stars for making me wait in a small * room with no air, its hot and its packed with people. i had been fasting 17 hours for a voluntary biometric test. my blood pressure was high at this point from standing in a long line, in a small room, to check in. ughi can hear the people talking behind the window. open the window and talk to people.nonetheless i lefti will drive across town the next timeyes, i had an appointment for 2pm. look me up. i arrived 20 minutes early. it took 15 minutes for the man in front of me to scan his id and insurance card. no one should have to stand in line to do this. make an app or something. jeesh. what in Jesus name are yawl doing?

Horrible experience. Waited more than 40 minutes past my appointment time to do a mandatory drug test and was late to work as a result. Waiting room is small and crowded. Staff is rude and unfriendly.
