I went in to the shop looking for a grill with my boyfriend and it was a real good experience. They were nice and had a good vibe in there and they knew a lot about grills. We had Juul help us she was nice and very helpful. I would definitely go back.

Terrible service! You all better check the BBB website and read!!!! Just so you know, a closed complaint doesn’t mean resolved. It only means it was closed out due to lack of communication on their end. I’ve been waiting for a grill since March 2023 and today is August 25, 2024. The emails are phony, they aren’t coherent nor inline with previous email threads. I really believe he’s trying to run a business with no employees and is using AI to draft emails. This makes no sense whatsoever
UPDATE: it’s September 7, and NOTHING!!!!! Straight scammers! DO NOT give them a penny!!! I wouldn’t even give them FREE ADVICE, that’s how bad they are.
UPDATE 2: it’s Halloween 2024 and no product yet. They basically stole my money…

I want to say THANK YOU to Moe! This has been a long process, however I came in 1 week ago and Moe made sure I was straight. I ordered back in June 2024, just received my 3 gold spacers today Halloween 2024. I’m giving 4 stars for Moe’s customer service alone.
