The drive through is never open and it takes 30 minutes to an hour inside with 1 teller. This is no just a one time thing. It’s happening so much I may change banks.

Don't ask for help at 4p. Older lady with red hair will just say no because they close at 5pm. I may need to switch banks for better customer service.

This is the SLOWEST BANK I've ever had to deal with and I have three different accounts at separate banks !!!!!! They do not acknowledge that you're even standing there waiting for the 20 to 30 min time to actually get waited on....AMAZING WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE TO ?!?!??????

Like other reviews, I tried to called several times and kept getting caught in the electronic phone tree. These guys will not answer their phones.

I've been trying to call no one answers made an appointment and got out of work now they tell me it's canceled my appointment, they need better management or do something I hate this place never going back again

I have been trying ALL day to get a live person on the phone. It keeps saying they are helping other customers and I could get someone to call me back in 45 minutes. Nobody has called me back yet and I have called 3 different locations. All I want to do is talk to a real person!

Absolutely terrible! Could not talk to a real person. Put on hold for Infinity. Wells Fargo is a joke. I'm closing account and I've been banking there since it was First Union. Over 30 years. Not anymore. Says they are experiencing unusually high call volume. Probably people closing accounts.

The bank was closed on the inside so you could only go to the drive-thru. The employees working there at the window were very courteous and helpful. My wait time in line was fairly short as well. Good people to work with.

I have banked at this bank for over a year and a half now and when this COVID-19 impacted my family, this bank was here to show their support to the fullest which I'm so grateful to have them in my corner when it is needed the most , Thank-you Wells Fargo and to all your employees and the late night third shift workers who are there to take my calls when I call the most when I am at work as well.

When I messaged them to find out what was going on, they had no ideal. They got back with me in less then 3 mins telling me what happen.
