Absolutely terrible! Could not talk to a real person. Put on hold for Infinity. Wells Fargo is a joke. I'm closing account and I've been banking there since it was First Union. Over 30 years. Not anymore. Says they are experiencing unusually high call volume. Probably people closing accounts.
The bank was closed on the inside so you could only go to the drive-thru. The employees working there at the window were very courteous and helpful. My wait time in line was fairly short as well. Good people to work with.
The lady that answered the phone ( Donna ) did not want to help me. I just wanted to ask a question that might turn into more questions. If I have to go to this branch, I will make sure Donna doesn't help me.
