I came to this store after the store outside of the mall sold me a defective phone and then refused to replace it. The representative named Luz was amazing she helped me get it all situated. We were able to return the defective phone and I left with a working 15pro and a free Apple Watch. I highly recommend this store and please stay away from the store outside of the mall. When you come here ask for Luz and she will definitely take care of you.

Carolina and Kim were so helpful! I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and got 3 free Samsungs 23’s with 3 free watches included! My 3rd line was free and to top it off the home internet is AMAZING! For only $30 goodbye spectrum and hello T- Mobile!! Thank you Carolina and Kim! I’ll be telling my friends to come see y’all!

yet another tmobile location that doesnt follow store procedure and y wopolicy. Just like the E walnut location the day before, this location would not take a return for the TMHI router since I used social media team to end my service. These guys think that if they are not making commission on every action they perform then they shouldnt do it. The return centers have a habit of "losing" your items and not attaching to your account when you send it back so this is why I wanted a physical reciept of return from the store, but theses guys dont want to take responsibiliy for it either and it is in their policy to do so. the social media people told me to tell them to view the notations on my account if they had any questions.. and they would not even look at my account. flat out refused to. This right here has lost me as a customer for life,

Nothing but a bunch of kids working here that don’t want to help you out or do their job. Very rude and I will not go back to this store. Went to another T-Mobile and got exactly what I wanted.

The manager is useless. I came in to get help on my device and they didn’t even bother messing with it. They just told me to go to a repair store!!! So, I went to the other T-Mobile in the other side of town and they offered me a new free phone with an upgrade, now that is great customer service! I use to love coming to this location, the past manager was great . The new staff not so well, what a shame! I will be taking my business to the other T-Mobile by the mall, it is also much more cleaner.
