They really need to get it together here!! The website says delivery in 1-2 days bc item is “in store” but the store says 5 days bc last week there was a 1 day holiday. After almost 2 weeks since the holiday they have had time to get caught up. Then delivery couldn’t even be guaranteed for that day and time 5 days later. So I guess I’m suppose to just take off work and hope they make it? Basically, these people do not know how to run this business. ??♀️

don't shop at the store on 58 hwy they told me my first payment was 14 days after I got a playstation 5 5 days later they called me over 45 times I still have they call log to prove it. they have showed up to my parents house even after I updated my address I need corporate to please email me
[email protected] it says harassment will not be a issue and they have called me hundreds of times

Been purchasing items through rent a center for going on 3 years now. Never missed a single payment and even payed off everything I’ve ever bought with the early pay option. I am in a major bind this week and was told by the person at the front after he said Lacole was with another customer that he could not change my payment date and would have to take some money. Call dropped so I call back and Lacole puts me right back to the other person when I asked to speak to her anyways. Lacole knew I wanted to speak to her and when she answer the phone she literally told me the other dude did that aspect of her job. You have lost a good paying customer and rent a center’s customer service is garbage. Take care of your people.

Real friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. The tv I wanted was not at that store but they were able to get it from another store and deliver it the next day. The manager Lacole was awesome and so was Quinton the associate! I will definitely be going back!
