“They're only a drop-off location. They cannot produce a label for you, nor do they have FedEx boxes for sale. They do have some shipping supplies for sale in their stationary section. Your package needs to be ready for shipment with a label. If you have a return and a QR code, they can print the label. Otherwise, the label needs to be printed, or you can submit and pay for a photo order to have it printed there.”

“Wow... Terrific service from their Service Technician... I brought in my laptop with a damaged main drive... was not worth fixing... for the same amount I was able to purchase a new Lenovo Tower with all the bells and whistles at the same price... as a Senior Citizen with zero tech skills I was quite nervous about the setting up of a new computer... The service technician sensed that, and told me to relax... he would make it easy and set it up for me... He spent over an hour to set up my Microsoft Account and Chrome on my new machine... synched everything... all files and photos were preserved... and as he said... when I got home and plugged it in... voila... it all worked terrifically.
