I went to that store for 2 days in a row because all of a sudden my service was off, and it was at least 2 weeks away for a payment due. The first day, I had to tell Rita to call someone after she said there was nothing she could do. She was of course too busy with her coworker “shooting her shot” to this guy. The representative advised it was a tower issue with my device and for me to wait 3 hours later, restart my phone, and my phone should be okay. It didn’t work, so I went the next day. I told a different girl the issue and when I was trying to tell her the tower issue she wasn’t trying to listen. She was doing the same thing Rita did. I tried to tell her that wasn’t going to work. I was hoping she called tech support. She didn’t. She called the “owner”. He said it was my device. My device is not damaged at all. It hasn’t gotten wet either. Guess what? I called myself and service was restored. NOBODY AND ABSOLUTELY NOBODY IN THIS STORE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING EXCEPT SELL STUFF TO NON ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMERS.

Amazing place! I have been a customer for years now and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Go see José at this location. He helped my daughter upgrade her line without any trouble ? He knows his stuff!

Can't call them every time I try to call it says the phone number is out of service and I've tried to get a phone service account and the phone they offer for free are good phones but the guy there wants to charge all kinds of fee's so he can make his commission off people when other worker just charges you the first months service fee so I believe that guys needs to be retrained or let go he's really rude and doesn't have good customer service other then that I would love to get a new account with them. Thank you

Terrible customer service. I realize they close early because of pandemic. I arrived 25 minutes before closing and stood outside waiting for 25 minutes only for the employee to open the door at 6:00 and tell me that they are closed!!! She said she couldn't tell me her name or her managers name!! I would have been ok if I hadn't waited outside for 25 minutes!! She could have said earlier we are busy with customers and cant get to you. I was there to buy a new phone and add another! And now I'm seriously thinking about switching companies!! That's ridiculous actions . I cant even get in touch with anyone from customer care. I've held over 20 minutes 3 times!!

Alcatel phone pos went and got two phones, the Alcatel and moto e5 and call quality is very poor I called 911 because of a apartment on fire and call kept cutting out and dispatcher couldn't understand me. Just bought 4 days ago and screen cracked I got insurance when I bought phone and they won't replace or fix staff is very unknowlegable

The staff at this location is rude unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I have never been treated so terribly in my life. I opened my accou tont in October. With two lines and the LGK 20 phone. My son came to live with me so added him a phone. His phone ewa stolen so I let him have mine. In November I opened a new account so I would get the same kind of phone. With this phone I was offered insurance and purchase it. I have had three strokes so I am clumsy I dropped my phone in the tub. I returned to the store December third. I was never told the insurance company would mail me a replacement phone for a small deductable. I was repeatedly told I was not eligible for the upgrade so I would have to pay for the phone full price. The phone I had was to expensive so they offered another one. This phone is useless. I can't call out it doesn't ring when I receive a call. I called customer service and they offered me a deal told me to go to the store. I get to the store and they would not honor the deal. The clerk did do a factory reset on the phone. While she had my phone I asked to call customer services from their phone. The clerk walks to the back of the store and she came back the lady on the phone asked to speak with her. All of a sudden the replacement phone i purchased became a upgrade that I am not eligible for. I paid full price for this phone and can't use it. It is the sorriest phone I have ever seen. The lady on the phone to talk to me again. She was trying to get her supervisor to see if we could resolve this problem. I am thankful the calls are recorded because before I knew it the law was there to escort me out of the store. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Keep in mind the location of the store. There was cars slowing down to watch me being walked to my vehicle like some criminal. Now I am stuck with a phone that I can't use. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and we will see how it goes. I am still in shock about the way I was treated and I must say I worked upper management in retail before I became disabled and if the employees at one of the store I was over treated a customer like that there would be no one left when I finished with them. When I paid my bill on the two accounts they combined them for me. The insurance was removed and I was told I would be losing my Amazon prime and guess what I never even knew I had Amazon prime in the first place. That was the first time I was told that it was an option on the phone.
