When trying to troubleshoot issues with a family members service, the employee that was working there had no idea what she was doing and couldn't even find their phone number in their system. She became annoyed with my family member when she couldn't do her own job properly and called him \\\" impatient\\\" and wouldn't listen to a word we tried to tell her. Never coming to this store again. You won't get any proper help. :)
