First time I had been back in this Kroger in sometime. And will probably be the last time very unorganized aisles. Many product still sitting in the aisles. Every checkout line was backed down through the shopping isles. When opening a milk cooler, the entire cooler smelt like sour milk not a very friendly family atmosphere anymore either very sad probably will not be going back.

Worst, slowest, rudest pharmacy I've ever been to! I don't understand the rudeness?! There is no reason for it and forget them even answering a medication question, they have no idea! I had to google the generic brand for my sons inhaler because their answer was "I don't know" someone needs to start completely over with the entire staff!!!! Never will I go here again!!

To the cashier who jerked my payment out of my hand because I apparently wasn’t doing it the way she wanted me to, I hope that you find a new job in a cubicle typing up paperwork and never see the light of day, little on speak to a customer. If you can’t treat the public with respect, don’t work with the public ??♀️ Spoken from a customer who had also worked retail during the holidays. Yeah, the public can be rude. That’s for sure. But if I’m treating you with respect, I expect the same treatment.

I wish I could Leave Less stars, but I had to choose 1...so I can review. This Is The WORST Pharmacy I have EVER Been to. They are very unprofessional!! Please go elsewhere, they don't deserve your business. If you care about your family, go to a different pharmacy. Anywhere else, but here!

I'm embarrassed that we still get our prescriptions filled at this place. Save yourself the aneurysm and stay away. Other than the slowest pharmacy I've ever been in, these folks are the biggest assholes you will ever meet. Doesnt seem to matter who the tech is, and they have been through dozens in the last few years, all are absolute jerks. The attitude no doubt is passed down from the head pharmacist. Go to the Mars Hill Rd Kroger Pharmacy - a completely different scene

My husband and I are sick so, we used their service where they shop of us and we pick it up. When an item wasn't in stock, they gave us an option we didn't want so, upon calling the store to let them know what we would like to have replaced, I spoke to a lady in the click department who was extremely rude and stated, "we can't help what's out of stock." I agreed and mentioned that's why I'm calling to let you know what I'd like in replace of such item. She was rude, acted as if I was wasting her time, and abruptly put me on hold. We won't be shopping at this store ever again. Update: thank goodness my husband checked the order. We ordered 2 spaghetti squashes - they packed 1. We ordered 10 bananas, they packed 7, we ordered 1 tomato and was given a rotten tomato and was charged $8 for the tomato. They also packed the wrong bread - just shop somewhere else and don't waste your money here.

No mask policy or enforcement and they close the Pharmacy drive through forcing people into the store. I’m going to transferring all my medications and shopping needs to Costco. This place is a joke

I am very mad about this Kroger ! We got a visa gift card last night so I could order my kids Christmas presents (which was a good bit) well when I open the gift card a Walmart card was in there!! I was confused as soon as i seen that my boyfriend called up there & they gave us a number which we have been trying ALL DAY to get our money back or the gift card NOTHING ! Kroger basically accused us of putting the Walmart card in there! We are still trying to get our money back o

Ga virus cases are climbing,deaths are climbing,yet the local ignorant rednecks stopped wearing mask mns ago although kroger and every other store in this area requires mask. Kroger has a sign, but mask are no longer enforced. Tonight I went to buy fresh cooked chicken and a deli sandwich. An emoyee was putting unpackaged food into containers, making sandwiches... with his mask pulled down under his chin. No gloves. Another employee in the bakery with his mask also pulled down under his chin, no gloves was leaning on the prep area. I told him to put on his mask. His excuse? No ones around. Mask had a valve. Told him they were a risk, still putting his breathing out into the air. Argued it had a filter. How ignorant and frightening. 95 % of shoppers weren't wearing mask either. Snaged a manager, he was unconcerned. This area? full of ignorant backward people. Frightening, but worse,grocery store employees stupidly pulling their mask under their chin while breathing on unprotected food. How are we supposed to eat safely?managent doesn't care. This is the worse case scenario. How many people have become sick due to this negligence? Am I overly concerned? Where lives are at stake? NO. Every little bit makes a difference between dead and alive. You want to decrease your chance of living just by buying food? Kroger in Dallas, Ga. Not Safe.

Love that the staff is wearing masks and I see them cleaning often. Store has always been clean and neat and well stocked. Helpful staff members on the floor and they will ask you if you are finding everything all right. Will continue to shop here. Good prices and I love the Deli and Bakery. Pharmacy has the best prices for my meds and I will gladly drive 15 min to get them. Oh yes, and I love the savings on gas at their station. So glad to have Kroger's store and I recommend this store highly.
