I advise anyone who wants to move NOT to use this company. They aren't forward with what they charge and they take their time to move, THEY charge by the HOUR. So what should've been a 4 hour move took 6.5 hours and you had no choice but to pay them cuz they wanted to take their time. Took 2 hours to wrap and pack everything, and 4.5 to unload which is ridiculous. We even explained to the movers that their was an easier route to make the move easier on them cuz of the stairs and they advised against it. Now we know why, so they could charge us for more time and get paid more. Do not trust these people nor the owner. They mistyped our apt number so they had the wrong unit and started charging us from the time they arrived at the WRONG unit til they were done... we have 4 dogs we would've heard them knocking but nope they went to the wrong place and didn't even verify before they came. Use your money somewhere else and get cheaper movers that do the same job for less

REFUSE TO REPAIR DAMAGE TO EXTERIOR OF HSE WHEN HEAVY PIECE OF FURNITURE SLIPPED OFF THE HAND TRUNK AND BROKE SIDING.Update as of 1/27. I was on site and I did show photos, u never came out as u said u wouldI got a repair cost as you know of 380. Ur man had man had me sign papers in back if truck no walk thru. There was pictures that was sent. Your office did not send signed papers til mid January. Move was 1st of Dec. My 3rd quote was $380 . U offered to pay 100 of the 380. Dustin you had pictures. Why didn't u come out as your office said u was. Not even a call from u! You were aware!!

OTM moved me a few days ago and they were awesome. They were on time, courteous and friendly. They didn’t waste time and treated my belongings as if they were their own.They packed and wrapped my precious grandfather clock just as I would have done it myself. Best of all the price was exactly as quoted. I would use them again if I needed to.

We used OTM Movers in January 2024 for a move of about 70 miles. They could not have been better! The 5-man team was highly professional at all times. They took the extra time to organize everything in a manner that maximized the space and also kept everything safe. Best of all, the actual cost turned out to be about $300 less than the quote. Win win! I will certainly call them again when it is time for the next move! Highly recommended.

Timely, efficient, had my truck unloaded in 1.5 hours with 3 people. Wasn't aware they did cross country moves. Will evaluate with my next move in 6 months and not worry about all the loading and unloading.

We had a fairly short distance to move but have a lot of stuff, including some pretty expensive equipment. They got us moved way faster than we thought and the final bill was less than they originally quoted. Really couldn't be happier with them!

I have now used tis company 4 times in the past several years. I will be scheduling again in the very near future to move my mom. In an industry that is saturated with fly-by-nights, or a couple of guys tryin to make a few bucks, or big time companies without a personal interest, OTM is a jewel of a business and a true blessing. Their own standards for execution of moves as well as for doing business are higher than most customers have themselves. The owners take a personal interest and are hands on with any concerns or problems. Moving is rarely ever- if EVER- a no glitches and smooth event but OTM takes the anxiety, the stress, and the labor from the customer, and without creating a hole in the wallet. This is one of the best companies of all I have workjed with across any industry or product. You truly cannot go wrong with letting OTM get you on the move. :)

Moving is one of the most stressful processes, but OTM made it so much easier. From start to finish, everything went so well. Both customer service and movers were responsive and friendly. I am so happy that we chose them for the job!

My first time ever using a moving company and this company was phenomenal! From getting the quote and reserving a rental to the guys showing even earlier than the scheduled time everyone was professional. I had the pleasure of having DJ and Quay moved my stuff today and they were excellent with wrapping my stuff packing and unpacking. When I’m moving again I’ll definitely use OTM Moving

James Knoules and his crew did an excellent job moving us on Monday. All furniture was wrapped and protected then it was everything was in it's right place at the new house!!! Must professional and courteous group of young guys (Canyon, DJ, and Quay) I have been around in a LONG time!! Good job OTM!!!

Do not use these movers. They are absolute crooks. Most furniture had damage, and they lost (sometimes known as stole) some personal belongings. The "full coverage" insurance is also a complete scam.

Do not use these overs. We paid for full coverage and they left a LOT of my items IN MY OLD HOUSE! Then they proceeded to damage expensive furniture including my bed, nightstand, crystal lamp, floor lamp, and desk among other items (14 in total). The items were severely damaged and they refused to replace them and instead insisted that they could be fixed and we could not make further claims after the repair. Extremely dishonest liars and we have an attorney who is filing a lawsuit again them probono for full damages!
