I had a very disappointing experience with Ryan Spano, who proved to be a deceptive and untrustworthy seller. I drove 10 hours with cash in hand to purchase a semi-trailer he had advertised online. Before making the trip, I asked if there were any issues with the trailer, and he assured me there were none. However, upon arrival, I found the trailer was in terrible condition—badly corroded from chicken waste, with holes in the deck frame and suspension, and airbags literally falling off. It was essentially a scrap trailer.
Despite being a commercial vehicle dealer, Ryan feigned ignorance about the trailer's condition, which I find hard to believe. After leaving, I tried to leave a review, but he immediately blocked me on Facebook, which speaks volumes about his lack of transparency and integrity.
Ryan may seem nice initially, but he is a liar who will say anything to make a sale. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this seller.
