“I went into the store to get a new phone today. There was one guy working named Joshua. There were 3 customers ahead of me, two which had what seemed to be complicated requests. Joshua was an absolute multi-tasking KING! If one customer was on hold with AT&T support, he would start helping the next person. We all commented on how impressed we all were with his ability to juggle it all. Joshua was so friendly and provided amazing customer service. His knowledge of the products and AT&T as a whole was so impressive. Understandably I had to wait about an hour since I was the 4th customer in line, but it was well worth the wait. Joshua answered all my questions and helped me decide on the right phone for my needs. AT&T if you don’t give this man an immediate raise, you are doing it wrong. Best customer service I’ve encountered at any business in quite a long time. Thanks again Joshua!”

“Not a fan of paying for a club membership but I can say I have saved more money than the fee this year. This store does a good job on stocking and keeping good sell by dates on hand. Love the variety I can find in the fresh meats and cheeses. I've just about tried every variety of foreign cheese they have. The frozen items are great as well... Particularly all of the sea food. Have some very picky older eaters in my family that love the fillet, shrimp, and fish sticks variety. If I can think of any draw backs to this location it happens to be the parking lot. It's the Wild West out there and the irresponsible/distracted driving & parking can bring higher blood pressure and bad words.”
“I am not normally one to give a review, however tonight I needed to give credit where it is well due. The supervisor, David - is amazing. I purchased a computer from another Best Buy location not nearby - and upon opening the box (noting this was a open-box refurbished unit), I discovered that the power supply and cable that were supposed to be included, were not in the box.I called customer service who advised me that I could attempt to return the device, or purchase a replacement cable. Either way, they were not eager to help me out.David, not only was compassionate and eager to assist me; but went above and beyond in his own words to “take care of our customers”. When he checked and did not have the manufacturer power supply on hand in his store, rather than turn me away - David sourced an aftermarket supply and cable for me; verifying that they were the correct wattage rating and compatible with the device. My hats off to you, David!Best Buy, you have the epitome of the material that an employee should be made of - you should be very proud to have David.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Brad at the AT&T store at Market Place in Cumming. I had difficulty with the initial set up of a new phone (translate that as total operator error), and Brad helped me during the day and even stayed past his shift to make sure I understood exactly what to do and ensure the phone was in proper working operation so I could take it home in tiptop shape. AT&T should clone Brad and reward him in a manner, that reflects his professionalism. Plus, the guy has a great personality!”
“The store is great for buying cell plans and phones. I recently purchased a Mint Mobile 7 Day Trial Sim from the location and its working great. Of course, target is not responsible for the performance of the Mint Sim, but its still a great place in general. Very clean too!”
“I have been to this Walmart twice already - once before closing on the 1st and once last month in the afternoon. Both experiences I've had here were excellent. I mean, if you compare this Walmart to the ones in Norcross or Duluth, they are like night and day. There is no fighting to find a parking space here while trying to avoid running over millions of pedestrians, no lines at all at checkout, virtually nobody crowding the aisles, the aisles were all well-stocked (including the chip aisle, which is rare at most Walmarts), carts are not flooding the parking lot, restrooms are clean. It's like you're shopping at Publix or something - the experience is actually quiet and pleasant, and you don't feel like you're fighting the masses like at most metro Walmarts. I need to come to this location more often, even though it's out of my way. I'm not sure what it is (well, I kind of do lol), but it seems like as soon as you hit Emory Johns Creek and just keep going North, most grocery and department stores are just dead 9/10 times and I love that! It's a nice break from the near Perimeter chaos. I highly recommend this Walmart if you are in the area and need something.”
