I write on behalf of my parents. When they moved to North Georgia, they purchased their home from Mike and stayed in touch over the next several years. When they deicided to downsize, we went back. Mike and Lenka were great. The home sold in just a couple of days above asking. The greatest part was how helpful Mike and Lenka were, working with different members of our family as we ended up moving much faster than expected and were trying to coordinate everything for a smooth transition. Mike has helped me in all facets of financial management where I've struggled and had questions about righting the wrongs I have committed. He's showed me the % of income that needs to dedicated towards mortgage, auto, credit cards, and disposable income. I have bought and sold two investment properties with Mike and Lenka in the past. Last week I used them to acquire a personal residence. These two are experts at what they do.Mike is a seasoned pro who knows land and houses having worked in several areas of real estate over his career. He is excellent at getting the information on potential properties ahead of time so as not to waste my time, while patient when I turn down houses after visiting and realize they aren’t quite what I’m looking for. In the end we always find the right thing for my needs.Lenka is a contract wizard. She knows the ins and out of the paperwork and the legal intricacies of real estate transactions. She is particularly careful to protect my interests whether I am the buyer or seller on a property.I recommend Mike and Lenka to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell property in the Atlanta market. You will not find a more competent and diligent real estate team.
