First timer to this location to get my Corolla fixed for the brake lights always staying on. Scott, at the front desk, was simply amazing and Ken, the mechanic, was honest and knowledgeable.

Absolutely outstanding service. Scott tracked down the tire I needed and was very responsive throughout until I finally picked up my car, on time and fully serviced and repaired. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially after initially going to a competitor who did nothing and ironically referred me to Goodyear. I will, without doubt, call Scott first whenever I need anything Auto related.

This location is always short staff and service takes along time. A few times I have called to schedule service and they can't make appointments timely. I called today to have them fix a nail in a tire and they told me next Monday or Tuesday they can fix it.

Sal and Scott are the most dedicated and sincere people of all I have seen in Auto Repairs industry. Very hardworking and committed to the job. I jump 3 other Repair Shops before I reach this location. Keep it up guys, and please do not ever retire.??

I moved an hour and a half away and still come to see Sal and Scott because they take such good care of our cars. The waiting room experience is pleasant and very clean (and even smells fresh) unlike other Goodyear locations that are closer to our home. Very welcoming environment. They are the best and treat us like family.

I love this place ?? I’m so grateful to have a place where I’m comfortable that they’re really looking to help me. The pricing is Great and most important of all , Fantastic customer service and very efficient: Scott,Sal & Michael are so kind and even tho I don’t know much about this car maintenance stuff. they’ve taken the time to explain. They’re not trying to upsale u and they’re definitely not condescending like some other places that Ive been to being a girl and all. They’re very patient and helpful . ? God continue to bless your location for doing a good job guys.
There are 2 nice and clean separate waiting lobbies. Clean restrooms ☺️
One is laid back w a TV to chill with pop machine and the Front Lobby has a great work area with electric plugs for lap top. Or cell phones so you can work remotely while getting your service done.
they were busy earlier but now you can see the service bay better, its double sided for when they have heavy traffic, they can still get you efficiently taken cared of . Its a great location since I’m getting a few things done , It’s nice to not just be sitting in the Lobby , the Dunkin’ Donuts and Publix, restaurants are next door so nice to have options walking distance.
They’ll also do a Free vehicle check up? . , I included it in the pic all the items they’ll check. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scott B is a super star manager at the Old Atlanta Good Year location. He is a great customer champion helped me find perfect tires at a very reasonable price , beating Tires Plus quote and offered road hazard , replacement protection included. Highly recommend this location and please ask for Scott.

We purchased tires from this store & one kept a slow leak. We took it back to them 4 times over a year's time and each time we sat for hours and they insisted it was fixed. Finally tired of the problem not being resolved and the piss poor customer service we decided to take it to a different Good Year store who diagnosed the problem that had never been fixed immediately. It was a simple nail in the tire. Stay away from the Good Year on Old Atlanta next to the Duncan Donuts.

Hit something on the highway and was in a jam. Gave this location a call and asked if they could help since we were down to 1 car for a day. They told to come in and they’d take a look. Had me in and out very quickly. I will continue to use this Goodyear for all automotive issues.

Beware bait & switch. Went in for an alignment check during my previously purchased 3-yr alignment window since I felt the car was pulling. They said it was fine but my back caliper was sticking. Then gave me a $480 quote for new breaks, rotors, brake fluid flush - of which none address a sticking caliper.After I refused the work, I asked for the free car-check for my other car that may actually need brakes (Free Winter Car Check at your nearest Goodyear Auto Service location. Offer valid now through February 29, 2024. - today is 2/21/24) The manager told me they would only do it if I got an oil change or pay $24.95 to just check the brakes. He was pushy and rude complaining about giving away free work. He followed me out to my car and I finally had to give him the "am I being detained?" line before feeling comfortable leaving.I can't comment about the quality of the work but the business practices and customer treatment make me want to avoid this and other franchise auto shops even more.

These guys are great. Called at 9am and had my Truck overe there by 10. They did a Transmission fluish and fill, Wheel alignment, fixed a slow leak in on of the tires, and changed my spark plugs. Competitive pricing. Had the truck done by 5pm. Great experience. Super trust worthy.

When I first worked with them 5yrs ago, I found them honest n trustworthy. I can't say that about them anymore.I went to them with a flat tire a couple of months ago and they said the tire cannot patched n it has to be replaced. I asked why but didn't get a very good answer. I asked them to inflate it and I went to Costco (where I got the tire installed originally) and they were able to patch. When confronted, these guys say Costco should not have patched it and even if they did, it would not last long. We'll it's been months, and my tire works perfectly. Even in 10F weather I didn't have inflate that tire.And same happened with my neighbor last week. These guys said all tires r gone but he got it repaired at Costco.Never coming back here again for any repairs, any.
