Super tight maneuvering if you're dropping n hooking. Going slow will be your friend. Office to check in is upfront by the front docks. Murphy is lurking behind every corner.

I don’t know how Westrock does it, but they have managed to hire some of the nicest employees around. This goes for pretty much every Westrock I’ve ever been to.Granted, they had to turn me away today, but heck, they were great.

Worse place to deliver roll stock. I had the first appointment at 7am and waited over three hours to get in a door. There were 5 trucks waiting when I was done.

If u pick up and drop and hook you can come in 24hrs and sign the bill and put the bill in the mailbox infront of the office.

The best place to del paper rolls. Take 1st entrance along fence next to cars parked. Docks all the way in rear. Got me empty less then 30 mins. Awesome people working here.

Once you are able to flag down a forklift driver you get unloaded quickly. Arrived at 08:15 for a 09:00 appointment, took about 20 minutes to flag down a forklift driver but 6 rolls were unloaded in 15 minutes. Was gone by 9. The bad part is the smell of the place could knock a buzzard of a meat wagon.

The recv and shipn staff are very helpful as well as extremely professional. small yard and can be tricky.
