Try to avoid pickup from here . They gave dock after 12 hours and its been 8 hours on dock and 2 more hour for paperwork . They are really slow. Staff is not helpfull .

The shipping office is so rude. They don't speak they just point and hand. No talking, never make eye contact, just looks like they are miserable. Never even held they head up. This is every time I come here. Not just a one off bad day. They will only speak when you ask them a question and they don't really answer your question. Like how hard is it to greet and explain what you need and where to go. Pointing and handing is just so freaking rude.

There’s only two docks to unload, and they take forever. Also, it’s never explicitly stated where you should park/wait while other trucks are occupying the dock.
Not coming back here again.

Please go to the shipping office first before going to the back and have your 6 digit delivery number as well…. 0 out of 10 do not recommend…. Take them forever just to unload 6 rolls of paper ??♂️ let’s not talk about the people in the shipping office #ajoke

Worse place ever, my appointment was 9 am and I got here at 8:30 am to deliver and it’s now 11:30 am , people in the shipping office are very mean

Very bad. Appointment 11am checked in ontime and back into 1of 2 dock back of the building. Waited 1hour nothing happened then a lady driver came And backed into to other dock we both waiting. After waiting 2.15 hours he load the lady driver. I just don't understand. Now he start to unload me. I can Go start a argument with him but what good is that going to do.i hate coming to GA.

They open at 8:00 am. I recommend that no matter what the broker's appointment is, I arrived at 8:00. It is on a first come, first serve basis if it is for rolls of paper!!! And they are slow and arrogant!!!!

For paper roll delivery, Check in is done at the shipping office . two docks are behind the building where the train track ends. Fast unloading. Appointment at 10:30 check in 10:15 Out 11 am. Overnight parking possible. No washroom.

Arrived A Day Before Around 17:00 For A Next Day Appointment At 10:00 AM . They Only Use To Docks On The Back Of The Building . Went To the back Around 07:20 Was Out At 09:20 Two Trucks went ahead of me . Fast And Easy Unloading . Thanks A Lot !

I arrived at 22:00 for a 10:00 delivery was able to stay overnight. Checked in at 07:30 was on dock by 08:00 and being unloaded was out before 09:00. It has Brown on The building. Great work guys
