“The store located on Sigman Rd. in Conyers, GA is the location I visited.About you would expect. I spent over 200$ and the male employee was eager to get rid of me and close. I had a large amount of containers and bulky items and would have liked some help to my car. I realize it's not in his job description but as a common curiosity. Maybe it's a southern thing and he lacks home training. He was too focused on making time with the cashier. The isles are always crowded with boxed merchandise and there never seems to have enough employees. My visit was at closing and the parking lot was well lit but I was still uncomfortable loading my car and unable to focus on safety even though I was xarrying. Just appreciate your customers more I spent over 200$ at the Dollar Store and not one employee offered to help, looked me in the eye or said thank you & have a nice night or anything friendly. Do you appreciate my business Dollar General? Do you want me to keep coming back to spend my money? They call it customer service yall should try it. **humph 200$”

“Some of the employees are friendly and helpful. Hard to get around because of the boxes and trash. Good prices. Too many empty shelves. My shopping experience today, 11-15-18, was much better than times past. Judy has always been very helpful. Very happy to see a new manager. It will take her a while to straighten out the mess that was left by the previous manager, but I'm sure she will succeed. She is very friendly and I actually saw her working. Didn't see that from the previous manager. Welcome to our neighborhood Dollar General, Trish, and best of luck!!!!!!! 7-23-2021. Trish is no longer manager. Up until today, everything seemed to be going well. As always, I had a buggy full of groceries and other items. When I went to check out, only one person in front me that was already being checked out. Twenty minutes later, a line had formed behind me and I was finally able to get checked out. Two employees were on the same register. One ringing up the purchase and another bagging. REALLY. They could have opened the other register. The guy was very rude. I wasn't there to be pandered to, but a little respect would have been nice. After over 11 years of going to this location, I will be driving a little further and shop at another location.”

“It is the only store that is open until 11: 00 which is really good but with that being said these shelves are never stopped they never have the produce food that you need always out of milk. The staff is always courteous and friendly and is willing to help if you need it.”

They have a good selection of food and many household items, personal care and utility items to choose from and i personally like how is away from other shopping centers so you can get in get what you need and go.”

I'm still in training getting my CBL but learning the register too and when I help return items to the shelves, it better helps me figure out where things are so I can direct customers in the right direction. This is my first job; so I'm pretty nervous right now but slowly getting into the swing of things. Can't wait to return back to work this weekend! “I bought a remote control dinosaur and another toy.Was supposed to be buy one get one at 75% off.The employee said if it didn't ring up like that he couldn't do anything.Well it didn't ring up right but because my granddaughter wanted the toys I got them anyway.Well let me tell you dollor general toys are lowest quality and the dino didn't work.The cashiers at DG are overworked and don't have authority to take returns.But the guy I dealt with was not going to let my granddaughter be unhappy and disappointed. He let me get a toy the same value.If DG hadn't had this employee I would not be shopping with them today.Thank you dude, if DG didn'thave you as an employeeId quit shopping there and go a few miles more to Wally world.”
