I recently took my Tesla to Complete Automotive Tire Center in Covington, GA, for a wheel alignment and bearing replacement, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided. William Horne Jr., the owner and lead technician, is not only a mechanical engineer but a true professional who takes great pride in his work. He invested significant time to ensure my car's alignment was perfect, demonstrating a remarkable attention to detail and a deep understanding of diagnosing vehicles.His team, including other knowledgeable technicians, contributed to a seamless and highly satisfactory experience. The customer service was equally, if not more, impressive, with Mrs. Horne greeting and assisting customers at the front counter with genuine care and professionalism.Complete Automotive Tire Center stands out not just for their technical expertise, but for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Love this place I will be taking my car here more often as needed. I took my car there soon they got on my car it was done fast after I’ve took it to three different mechanics . Definitely a 5 star . Highly recommend.

I took my car in to get the catalytic converters replaced. The service was completed the same day. The owner explained the process and how long it would take. I am very pleased with the service. The owner & mechanics were so professional. The shop's waiting room & restrooms are very clean. I will return as other services are needed.

Very professional and service with a smile! My tires were reasonably and comparably priced. And now that I know they are a full automotive service, I will be going back for regular maintenance and any other automotive needs. And their waiting arra is super clean! I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs and great customer service.

As many other reviewers have noted, you will get friendly, prompt and great service if you take your vehicle to Complete Automotive Tire Center. After diagnosing some troubling work that had been done on my Camry at a high-end foreign auto shop, Complete Automotive informed me of the problems and the solutions at a reasonable price. There is a significant improvement in the way my vehicle is performing now. This should be your go-to-place if you want quality work done on your vehicle.

They've been my car's only hospital since I found them several years ago. I've used them for various repairs and tires. Always great work, fair prices, and kind staff that go the extra mile.An example is when I needed to replace a punctured tire. I live just a couple of miles away. Bill, the owner, suggested that I leave the wheel for the replacement and drive home on the spare, returning the next day when he'd call to come to mount the wheel and replaced tire. Total use of my time was about 20 minutes.Also, the NAPA parts store in Covington recommended them as honest and good mechanics.- - - - -WARNING: this is *not* the same place as the nearby service shop with a large yellow sign that says "Complete Car Care" that is next to the Shell station. I do not recommend them.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I came in thinking my tire was shredded and told them i would probably need it replaced. They looked at it and told me they may be able to just repair it. They were successful and saved me money instead of just charging me for a new tire.Services: Wheel alignment
