Went here to mail out a package I told the lady that was helping me I needed my package to be delivered on a specific day. She then advised me I should do priority mail so I did. The day that it was supposed to be delivered came and gone no package. I spoke with the usps on phone and was told that priority mail has a 5 day grace period to be delivered the expected delivery day on the receipt is just an estimate not a guarantee. She said I should have done “ Express priority mail”. Now my Daughter did not get her package in time and she is still waiting for it. it’s because the people that work at this post office DO NOT know how to do there job. The lady should be Fired for lieing to customers.

Do not let this lady manipulate u I was forced to resign clarees because this lady did not like me personally. And told me if I didn't resign I would never be able to work another government job and I know nothing about resigning I I'm young without knowledge and would be contacting a lawyer because they fired me for having excuse and missing 2 days that I used to go to the hospital after I was involved in a work place accident and I I'm going to push this to the highest level of the law and they messed my pay up every week but I still worked everyday.

Beautiful building. Like walking back in time. Didn't have rolls of 100 stamps, but had books of 20. Staff was really nice.

Lady that answers the phone here is about as hateful as you can get. Must really love her job. Hope I don't have to call here again and can just deal with my mail carriers. Hope no one else has to call here for any reason. Wish I could remember her name because I sure would have posted it

I am trying to notify my mail carrier that she has given my mail to my neighbor 3 times this month..... I had been waiting on a letter for two weeks my neighbor gave it to me, but the other part of my letter has as of yet not shown up. I stood side the road and tried to stop the mail carrier as she came back down the rd but she wouldnt stop . I dont blame her for that I just wanted to tell her not to give my mail or leave my mail at my neighbors house, She is new to this route so i can understand. I would really like to tell her to read the addresses a little better.

They are absolutely horrible they cannot even read clear Brand new mailboxes with oversize litter’s and put the mail in the right mailbox. The driver put a company check exceeding $10,000 in the wrong mailbox they need to learn to slow down and read the mail that they’re putting in the box and make sure the numbers match but I Guess It doesn’t matter anymore where you put the mail as long as it’s out of your vehicle
