Got 4 tires from them in great condition and needed to get brakes installed. Upon taking my tires off they saw my rotors had bad rusting from the car coming from up north. Ordered new rotors and they assisted me with getting them picked up and installed them as well! Thank you for all your help and great service !

I was originally coming in to get a whole new set of tires. But I was told by the guy at the front desk: “the tires in the back are fine you dont need to buy any if you dont want to” which showed me they were a trustworthy business. Saved me some money & could’ve got an extra dollar out of me but didn’t.T&B is alright with me. ????

They are awesome!! I get the same friendly and professional service every time. I have visited numerous times due to nails and screws puncturing my tires. They have plugged my tires or replaced them. I get used tires. The prices and quality are great. I’m a Teacher and they have special deals and discounts for us. Stop by and let them help you. They are good people. ?

My Impala got sent here by the company I got the car with. The guy I dealt with was a very nice genuine man, definitely sent above and beyond behind his work and shows genuine concern And wants to help his clients. If your going anywhere, go here for sure

I would have gave them 5 stars, but the installed 2 tires on my car that were to wide. I was not aware the tires were to wide until o drove my car a few miles and hit a bump that gave a loud grinding noise. I couldn't go back that day bcus it was already past 6pm when they finished. The next day I went back and explained my issue. They had no tires that fit, and wanted to charge me an additional $70 to have my 2 front tires put back on. Smh. I dont know, nice people, v we run professional. But fixing a customer issue they get a fat zero.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now after desperately searching for a place to get a tire, they have been the only ones to give a fair price for the work they do that other places were charging an arm and leg for. I’ve had no problems and they are fast, efficient and keep you updated with what’s going own the entire time they have your car.

Bought 2 tires. One was really worn and cracked up. I needed it at the moment so I bought it. Here it is 12 days later I’m stuck on the side of the road. I called and asked if there’s anything they could do? I was told that I only had 7 days to return it. Most places give 14 days. As bad as the tires are that’s probably why they don’t give 14 days. They also said on the phone they had my tire size then when I got there didn’t but found one. I knew better than to buy a tire looking that way. I take full responsibility for my own purchase. I only went there because their website says they do alinements, which they do not.Tire I had for 12 days in photo.

Very fast and efficient service. The luck i have with my tires is something I can’t make up. They know my voice when I call? however I’m always treated with exceptional service each time.

My tire was flat when we got back from the airport and it was late. I got up early this morning to get it fixed. I'm normally a dealership person but I wasn't feeling driving to Decatur. Thank goodness for Yelp and Google reviews. When other reviewers said this place is honest, ethical and customer focused they are correct. My tire was repaired by the owner and he could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. He not only earned my business but also my respect.
